  • 简介:摘要: 目的 : 观察 真空 清洗机清洗金属套管的效果,寻求一种高效、安全的金属气管套管的清洗方法。 方法 : 将 200件金属套管随机分为两组,对照组采用手工 + 超声 清洗机清洗,试验组采用 真空 清洗机清洗,使用肉眼 +带光源放大镜进行目测、残留蛋白定量法进行清洁度检查,比较两组器械的清洗效果 ;结果 : 试验组和对照组清洗质量检测,使用带光源的放大镜目测法合格率分别为 100 % 和 86 % ; 残余蛋白定量测定法合格率分别为 98 % 和 82 % ;差异均有统计学意义( P< 0.05)。 结论 : 真空 清洗机清洗金属气管套管效果优于手工 + 超声 清洗机清洗,不仅缩短了清洗时间,提高了清洗质量,预防和降低了院内感染的发生;同时降低了工作人员发生职业暴露的风险。值得在临床上推广使用。

  • 简介:  摘 要:在现代生活中,食品微生物检测是人们关注的重点之一。由于传统技术方法的限制,现有的食品微生物检测方法存在着一定的问题和不足。为了满足未来发展的要求,需要推动酶联免疫吸附法在食品微生物检测中的应用。本文通过分析食品微生物检测的技术要求,对酶联免疫吸附法的应用价值进行了探讨。以此为基础,本文结合时代技术发展的特点,对酶联免疫吸附法的应用特点和应用要点进行了研究。这些研究对酶联免疫吸附法的应用和食品微生物检测的发展有着重要意义,有很高的现实价值。    关键词:酶联免疫法 ;食品检测 ;微生物检测    Abstract: in modern life, the detection of food microorganism is one of the focuses of people's attention. Due to the limitation of traditional technology, there are some problems and deficiencies in the existing methods of food microbial detection. In order to meet the requirements of future development, it is necessary to promote the application of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in the detection of food microorganisms. In this paper, the application value of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was discussed by analyzing the technical requirements of food microorganism detection. Based on this, this paper studies the application characteristics and key points of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in combination with the characteristics of technological development of the times. These studies are of great significance to the application of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and the development of food microbial detection.

  • 简介:摘要:目的 探究在血透病人肾性骨病治疗中使用树脂吸附联合血液透析的作用。方法 选取2018年1月~2019年12月我院收治的100例慢性肾功能衰竭患者作为研究对象,采取随机分组方法根据患者入院日期单双号分为对照组(50例)和观察组(50例),对照组仅使用血液透析治疗,观察组于对照组基础上配合使用树脂吸附治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果以及治疗前后血液指标(iPTH、P3+、SCr、Hb)水平。结果 观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,观察组治疗后iPTH、P3+、SCr水平均低于对照组(p0.05)。结论 在血透病人肾性骨病治疗中,使用树脂吸附联合血液透析治疗效果良好,可有效改善患者血液指标水平,促进患者的身体恢复。

  • 简介:【摘要】目的:探究静电吸附消毒与紫外线消毒在空气消毒中的效果以及影响因素。方法:选取我院一样的 20间病房,将其分为 A、 B两组,每组 10间病房,分别实施 3次消毒工作,其中 A组病房实施静电吸附消毒, B组实施紫外线循环风空气消毒,两组消毒机同时工作 1h,并在结束工作后立即对病房内的细菌数进行统计,此后 1h、 2h和 4h时再对房间内细菌数量进行统计,对比两组的细菌增长量。结果:消毒结束后,紫外线循环风空气消毒方式与静电吸附式消毒都具有较好的消毒效果,但总体来说,紫外线循环风空气消毒方式要更好一些;消毒机停止工作以后分别于 1h、 2h以及 4h对房间内的细菌菌落数据进行对比, B组的细菌菌落数量明显少于 A组,由此可见紫外线循环风空气消毒方式消毒效果更好,且 P< 0.05。结论:在病房内使用循环风紫外线和静电吸附式空气消毒机都能够对病房进行消毒,但相对来说紫外线循环风空气消毒机的消毒时效更长一些,效果也更好。

  • 简介:  摘要目的:探讨标本放置温度、时间及凝血真空采血管对凝血检验的影响。方法: 2018年 3-8月收治体检健康志愿者 80例,应用 2种不同的凝血真空采血管采集标本进行凝血检验。甲组使用 BD凝血真空采血管,乙组使用国产抗凝管。分析不同时间、不同温度对凝血检验结果的影响。结果:两组凝血酶时间( TT)、纤维蛋白原( FIB)、活化部分凝血活酶时间( APTT)、血浆凝血酶原时间( PT)比较,差异无统计学意义( P>0.05) ;低温保存 8h后, TT、 APTT、 PT高于即时检查,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05) ;室温保存 4h后, TT、 PT、 APTT高于即时检查结果,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05) ;FIB在室温、低温保存以及即时检查中差异均无统计学意义( P>0.05)。结论:不同质量的真空采集血管会对检查结果造成一定影响,而保存时间、放置温度均会影响检查结果,为了确保检验的准确性,应选择合适的凝血真空采集管,并在 2h内完成检查。    关键词 凝血检验 ;真空采集血管 ;放置时间 ;放置温度     Objective: To investigate the effects of temperature, time and blood vessel collection on blood coagulation test. Methods: from March to August 2018, 80 healthy volunteers were admitted for physical examination. Two kinds of blood coagulation vacuum blood collection specimens were used for coagulation test. In group A, blood vessels were collected by BD coagulation vacuum, and in group B, anticoagulation tubes made in China were used. The influence of different time and temperature on coagulation test results was analyzed. Results: there was no significant difference in TT, FIB, APTT and Pt between the two groups (P > 0.05); after 8 hours of cryopreservation, TT, APTT and PT were higher than those of the immediate examination (P < 0.05); after 4 hours of room temperature preservation, TT, Pt and APTT were higher than those of the immediate examination (P < 0.05) There was no significant difference in FIB in room temperature, cryopreservation and instant examination (P > 0.05). Conclusion: different quality of vacuum collection vessels will affect the results of the examination, while the storage time and temperature will affect the results of the examination. In order to ensure the accuracy of the examination, we should select a suitable coagulation vacuum collection tube and complete the examination within 2 hours.

  • 简介:摘要:目的 探究糖尿病足溃疡患者接受水刀清创与真空辅助闭合技术 (VAC) 联合治疗的价值。 方法 选取糖尿病足溃疡患者 68 例,所选时间为 2016 年 8 月 -2017 年 5 月,依据 Wagner 分级以及患者意愿进行分组,对照组在水刀清创后实施创面游离皮片移植或皮瓣转移修复治疗,封闭创面,实验组则在水刀清创后实施真空辅助闭合技术干预,之后经手术实施创面游离皮片移植或皮瓣转移修复,封闭创面。对比 2 组糖尿病足溃疡患者治疗结果的差异性。 结果 实验组换药次数、创面愈合时间、住院所花费用均明显少于或短于对照组( P<0.05 );实验组截肢率、半年内复发率均明显低于对照组,其保肢率明显高于对照组( P<0.05 )。 结论 糖尿病足溃疡患者接受水刀清创与真空辅助闭合技术联合治疗,能够减少换药次数,缩短创面愈合时间,减少其住院所花费用,降低截肢率、随访半年溃疡复发率,提高保肢率,意义重大。

  • 简介:[摘要 ] 目的 比较化学发光免疫分析技术( CLIA)和酶联免疫吸附试验( ELISA)在乙肝病毒血清学检验中的应用价值。 方法 选取 2017年 1月~ 2019年 6月间我院收治的 80例疑似乙型肝炎患者,采用 CLIA法、 ELISA法对乙肝病毒血清学指标进行检测,以实时荧光定量 PCR检验结果作为参照,分析 CLIA法、 ELISA法對乙肝的诊断结果。 结果 ELISA法对乙肝的诊断灵敏度、特异度、准确性分别为 91.84%、 93.55%、 92.50%, CLIA法分别为 93.88%、 96.77%、 95.00%,二者比较均无统计学差异( P均 >0.05)。 CLIA法、 ELISA法对乙肝的诊断结果与实时荧光定量 PCR之间具有良好一致性, Kappa均 >0.7。 CLIA法对 HBsAg、 HBeAg、 HBeAb的阳性检出率高于 ELISA法( P<0.05),而在 HBsAb、 HBcAb阳性检出率比较无统计学差异( P>0.05)。 结论 CLIA法、 ELISA法对乙型肝炎的诊断效果均较好,而在乙肝病毒血清学标志物检验中, CLIA法的检验准确性高于 ELISA法。     [关键词 ] 乙型肝炎;乙肝病毒;血清学检验;化学发光免疫分析法;酶联免疫吸附试验     [Abstract] Objective To compare the application value of chemiluminescence immunoassay( CLIA) and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay( ELISA) in serological testing of hepatitis B virus. Methods From January 2017 to June 2019, 80 patients with suspected hepatitis B who were admitted to our hospital were selected. CLIA method and ELISA method were used to determine the serological indices of hepatitis B virus. Real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR test results were used as the reference. The diagnosis results of hepatitis B by CLIA method and ELISA method were analyzed. Results The diagnostic sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of ELISA for hepatitis B were 91.84%, 93.55% and 92.50% respectively, and those of CLIA were 93.88%, 96.77%, 95.00% respectively. There was no statistically significant difference between the two methods( P>0.05 for all) . CLIA method and ELISA method for the diagnostic results of hepatitis B were well consistent with real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR( Kappa>0.7 for all) . The positive detection rate of HBsAg, HBeAg and HBeAb by CLIA was higher than that of ELISA( P<0.05), and the difference of positive detection rate of HBsAb and HBcAb was not statistically significant( P>0.05) . Conclusion CLIA method and ELISA method are favorable for the diagnosis of hepatitis B.
