简介：　　 【摘要】 目的：探讨血小板减少性紫癜患儿开展全过程优质护理服务的效果。方法：选取 2017年 1月 -2019年 6月在本院就诊的 89血小板减少性紫癜作为研究对象，以随机数字表法分为分析组（ n=44）和对照组（ n=45）。对照组实施常规护理服务，分析组实施全过程优质护理服务，比较两组护理有效率、并发症发生率、再出血率、满意度及生活质量评分。结果：与对照组比较，分析组护理总有效率更高（ P<0.05），满意度更高（ P<0.05），病死率、并发症发生率、再出血率均更低（ P<0.05），各项生活质量评分均更高（ P<0.05）。结论：在血小板减少性紫癜患儿护理中，落实全过程优质护理服务方案，可显著提升护理效果，对改善患儿预后有重要价值。  　　 【关键词】 全过程优质护理服务 血小板减少性紫癜 效果  　　 [Abstract] Objective: To explore the effect of whole process quality nursing service for children with thrombocytopenic purpura. Methods: 89 patients with thrombocytopenic purpura in our hospital from January 2017 to June 2019 were selected and randomly divided into analysis group (n = 44) and control group (n = 45). The control group was given routine nursing service, while the analysis group was given whole process high-quality nursing service. The nursing efficiency, incidence of complications, rebleeding rate, satisfaction and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups. Results: compared with the control group, the total effective rate of nursing in the analysis group was higher (P < 0.05), the satisfaction degree was higher (P < 0.05), the mortality, complication rate and rebleeding rate were lower (P < 0.05), and the scores of quality of life were higher (P < 0.05). Conclusion: in the nursing of children with thrombocytopenic purpura, the implementation of the whole process of high-quality nursing service program can significantly improve the nursing effect, and has important value in improving the prognosis of children.
