简介:病原真菌通过对抗机体防御系统和抗真菌药物的攻击,从而成功定植于宿主体内并最终导致机体感染,真菌外排转运蛋白在上述过程中起着重要作用,主要包括ATP结合盒转运蛋白(ATP-bindingcassettetransporters,ABC)与主要易化子超家族(themajorfacilitatorsuperfamily,MFS),分别通过与ATP水解酶或质子梯度耦合来运输并清除真菌胞内的毒性物质。与其它生物相比,真菌基因组中具有更多转运蛋白家族编码基因,这些转运蛋白不仅对真菌致病过程中所产生的代谢产物和宿主细胞分泌的抗菌成分起外排作用;同时,在病原真菌对抗临床抗真菌药物中也发挥着重要作用。本文就这两个超家族的转运蛋白在主要病原真菌耐药性中所发挥的作用进行综述。

简介:目的了解儿童葡萄球菌性烫伤样皮肤综合征(SSSS)的临床特点及治疗方法.方法回顾性分析30例住院儿童SSSS的临床表现、实验室检查及治疗过程.结果30例SSSS患者行创面分泌物培养,19例见金黄色葡萄球菌生长,血培养全部阴性.早期抗生素联合丙种球蛋白静脉滴注取得良好疗效,患儿均于7~10d治愈出院.结论SSSS创面分泌物培养19例见金黄色葡萄球菌生长.抗生素并短程联合静脉滴注丙种球蛋白支持治疗取得满意疗效.
简介:目的观察肤光方及其加减方在体外对金黄色葡萄球菌(金葡菌)甲氧西林敏感株和耐药株的抑制作用.方法运用纸片扩散法和平板打孔法观察肤光方及其加减方对体外分离培养金黄色葡萄球菌甲氧西林敏感株和耐药株生长的影响,采用琼脂稀释法测各组方对两型金葡菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC).结果纸片法结果显示除清热燥湿方外,其余各组方对金葡菌甲氧西林敏感株和耐药株均有抑制作用(P<0.05),打孔法结果显示各组方对金葡菌甲氧西林敏感株和耐药株具有一定的抑菌活性(P<0.05).结合各组方的MIC值发现,肤光方、祛风止痒方、收敛解毒方、清热解毒燥湿方、清热解毒方和清热燥湿方抑菌活性依次减弱,其中收敛解毒方和清热解毒燥湿方之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论肤光方及其加减方对金葡菌甲氧西林敏感株和耐药株均具有抑菌活性.
简介:目的观察葡萄籽原花青素(GSPE)和长波紫外线(UVA)对人角质形成细胞(HaCaT细胞)增殖的影响,以探讨GSPE有无光保护作用。方法MTT法分别测定不同浓度GSPE以及不同剂量UVA对HaCaT细胞增殖活性的影响。结果GSPE浓度为5-200μg/mL时,对HaCaT细胞增殖影响不明显,浓度为500μg/mL及以上时抑制细胞生长,且有统计学意义;UVA剂量超过10J/cm2有抑制作用且随剂量增高抑制作用越明显,且有统计学意义,25J/cm2时其抑制率达37.65%;浓度为50、100μg/mL的GSPE对25J/cm2UVA照射后的HaCaT细胞的增殖有明显促进作用。结论25J/cm2的UVA对HaCaT细胞的增殖有明显抑制作用,而合适浓度的GSPE对HaCaT细胞增殖活性有光保护作用。

简介:Objective:TounderstandthechangeofTh1/Th2andTc1/Tc2balanceinpatientswithsecondaryearlysyphilis.Methods:PeripheralbloodThandTccellsubpopulationswereexaminedbythree-colorflowcytometryin30patientswithsecondaryearlysyphilisand20healthysubjects.Results:PercentagesofCD3^+,CD4^+TcellsandtheratioofCD4^+/CD8^+andNKcellsinsyphiliticpatientsweresignificantlylowerthaninthecontrolgroup(P<0.001),butnostatisticaldifferencewasfoundinpercentagesofCD8^+andCD19^+cellsbetweenthetwogroups(P>0.05).ThepercentageofTh1cellsandratiosofThl/Th2andTcl/Tc2insyphiliticpatientswereclearlydecreasedascomparedtothoseincontrois(P<0.001-0.01),whereaspercentagesofTc0andTc2cellsinsyphiliticswashigherthanthoseincontrols(P<0.001).Conclusion:Therecouldbeadisturbanceofcellularimmunityandtherelativelyintactfunctionofhumoralimmunityinsecondarysyphilis.ItispostulatedthatthepolarizationtowarddevelopmentofTh2andTc2cellsandtheirassociatedcytokinesmightbeinvolvedintheincompleteclearanceoftreponemesandthedevelopmentofchronicinfection.

简介:目的探讨金黄色葡萄球菌烫伤样皮肤综合征(SSSS)不同年龄段的临床特点。方法回顾性分析261例SSSS患者的临床资料,其中0~3岁婴幼儿组(A组)97例,3~6岁(B组)143例,6~10岁(C组)21例。结果A组易伴发热,与C组比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.003);B组易伴发热,与C组比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.000);各组间白细胞及细菌培养差异无统计学意义。结论诊断SSSS主要依据临床表现,可结合血常规及细菌培养进一步明确诊断。

简介:目的检测慢性荨麻疹(CU)患者血清金黄色葡萄球菌(简称金葡菌)超抗原肠毒素A(SEA)、肠毒素B(SEB)和中毒性休克综合征毒素(TssT-1)的特异性IgE(sIgE),分析该超抗原sIgE与慢性荨麻疹相关性,探讨其发病机制。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验(Enzyme-linkedimmunosorbentassay,ELISA)检测63例慢性荨麻疹患者和60例正常对照组血清金葡菌超抗原SEA、SEB和TssT-1的sIgE水平,分别进行金葡菌超抗原(SEA、SEB、TssT-1和SEA/SEB/TssT-1)sIgE比较,并将其浓度与病情程度评分(UAS)进行相关性分析。结果CU患者血清中金葡菌超抗原(SEB、TssT-1和SEA/SEB/TssT-1)sIgE水平均高于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);金葡菌超抗原(SEA、SEB和SEA/SEB/TssT-1)sIgE水平分别与CU病情轻中重度和荨麻疹活动评分(Urticariaactivityscore,UAS)呈正相关(P〈0.05)。结论慢性荨麻疹患者血清中金葡菌肠毒素A、肠毒素B和TssT-1sIgE水平升高,可能与其慢性病程及严重程度有关。

简介:ObjectivesTocomparetheefficiencyoffourcommercialELISAkitsindetectingtype-specificHSV-2IgGantibodies.MaterialsandMethods:Atotalof125subjects,including105withgenitalulcers,and20controlswithoutanyhistoryofSTDswererecruitedfromtheSTDclinicfordetectionoftype-specificHSV-2IgGantibodywithdifferentkits.FourkindsofcommerciallyavailableELISAkits,includingQuidaHSV2IgGELISA(AifulangBiochemCo.Ltd.,Hangzhou),TORCH-HSV2IgG(JingmeiBiotechCo.Ltd.,Shanghai),Captia^TMHSV2IgG(Trinitybiotech,USA)andHerpeSelectT^TM2ELISAlgG(Focustechnologies,USA)wereusedforevaluation.WesternBlotassaywasperformedasagoldstandard.Results:ComparedtoWesternBlotresults,thesensitivityandspecificityofthekits(QuidaHSV2,TORCHHSV2,Captia^TMHSV2andHerpeSelect^TM2)were13.1%and98.4%,7.5%and100%,100%and11.1%,87.7%and96.7%,respectively.Thepositivepredictivevalue(PV)andnegativePVofthefourkitswere88.9%and54.3%,100%and55.5%,55.6%and100%,96.2%and89.2%,respectively.TheareasundertheROCcurveofthreekits(QuidaHSV2,Captia^TMHSV2andHerpeSelect^TM2)were0.885(0.822-0.948),0.825(0.747-0.902),0.974(0.950--0.998),respectivelyConclusion:TheperformanceofHerpeSelect^TM2isthebestamongthefourkits.Theresultsalsoindicatethatthecommerciallyavailablekitsfordetectionoftype-specificHSV2antibodyshouldbere-evaluatedintermsoftheirvalidity.
简介:Objective:Toinvestigatetherolesofinterleukin-2(IL-2)andinterleukin-10(IL-10)inpathogenesisofearlysyphilis.Methods:TheserumlevelsofIL-2andIL-10in48patientswithearlysyphilisweredetectedbyABC-ELISA.Results:(1)ThelevelofIL-2inthepatientswithearlysyphiliswassignificantlyhigherthanthatinhealthycontrols,whilethatofIL-10waslower(P<0.001andP<0.001).(2)ThelevelsofIL-2andIL-10werealmostidenticalinpatientswithprimaryandsecondarysyphilis(P>0.05),aswellasbetweendif-ferentRPRtiters(P>0.05).(3)Aftertherapy,thelevelofIL-2decreasedmarkedly(P<0.05),whilethatofIL-10increase(p>0.05).(4)AsignificantcorrelationwasfoundbetweentheserumlevelsofIL-2andIL-10(r=0.5385P<0.05).Conclusions:Th1up-regulationoccursinpatientswithearlysyphilis,andplaysanactiveroleinfightingagainstTPinfection.
