简介：文章选取青岛市海岸带作为研究区域,基于P-S-R模型,构建了包含21个指标的海岸带生态安全综合评价指标体系。然后,采用层次分析法和变异系数法分别确定指标的主、客观权重,基于综合评价值最大的方法确定指标的组合权重;最后,结合TOPSIS法,对2010—2016年青岛市各年份的海岸带生态安全状况进行综合评价。结果表明：2010—2016年各年份评价指标与负理想解的距离d-i整体上逐渐增大,与正理想解的距离d＋i整体上逐渐减小,与负理想解的贴近度C-i也由2010年的0.3901上升到2016年的0.6478,即青岛市海岸带生态安全状况整体上呈好转趋势。文章针对影响青岛市海岸带生态安全的具体因素,提出了相应的建议：（1）加强水污染处理技术的研发,提高再生水利用创新能力,实行限额捕捞制度,降低海洋产出压力;（2）持续稳定地增加环保投资力度,提升海洋生态环境综合治理水平;（3）进一步优化产业结构,巩固和提高第三产业在经济社会中的作用和地位。
