简介:ThestudypresentstheattitudetowardsmoneyamongadultMongolians.Theresearchfocusedondifferencesoftheattitudetowardsmoneyrelatedtoage,gender,andemploymentinMongolianpeople.TheaimofthisstudywastoexaminethedifferentiationoftheattitudetowardsmoneyofadultMongoliansrelatedtosatisfactionwithlife,thesenseofsecurity,andtheroleofsocio-demographicalparameters,suchasage,gender,andemployment.People’sattitudestowardsmoneyseemtobeacquiredthrougheducation,professionalexperience,andmonetaryhabits.Peopleperceivedmoneyasasymbolofasenseofsecurity,amarkerofachievementorstatus,andthesourceofworryoranxiety.Researchersnotedthatmoneyhasamulti-dimensionalpsychologicalmeaning.TheresearchsampleconsistedofMongolianpeople:Agroupof300Mongolians.Theageofparticipantsvariedfrom21to60yearsold.StatisticalVersion10.0wasusedtoanalyzethedata.Theresultsshowedthattheattitudetowardsmoneydependsonthesatisfactionwithlife,thesenseofsecurity,andweredifferentbygenderandemployment.Mongolianshavestrongtendenciestousemoneyasasymbolofpowerandstatus.However,thistendencyisstrongerinthegroupofmenincomparisontowomen,inthisculture.Retention-Timewasbiggerdifferentiatedbyvariableemployment.Accordingtotheresults,therewasnosignificantdifferenceinage.Furthermore,therewerenegativeassociationbetweensatisfactionwithlifeanddistrustinthegroup.Theywhohavefinancialworryseemtobelesssatisfiedwiththeirlife.ThemostnumberofpeopleinMongoliansampleevaluatedownincomeasaverage.Thepercentagesofpersonalprofessionalactivitywerethehighestthananothercategoryinthegroup.Theresultsofstatisticalanalysisshowedthatdifferencesoffrequenciesofsomecomponentsofeconomicsecurityweresignificantinthesample.Insum,ourstudywillcontributetoknowledgeabouttheimportanceofgenerallifesatisfactionandfeelingsecurityontheattitudetowardmoney.The
