简介:摘要:中药材质量的安全、有效、产量稳定、质量可控是中药饮片、中药配方颗粒、中成药质量保证的物质基础,是保证中医临床疗效的关键。《中药材生产质量管理规范》是中药材规范化生产和质量管理的基本要求,首次提出了实行中药材生产全过程可追溯的管理目标。强调对中药材质量有重大影响的关键环节实施重点管理,同时对影响中药材质量的各个环节尽可能细化和明确规定。
简介:AbstractPurpose:Secondary displacement represents a frequent complication of conservative treatment of fractures, particularly of the distal radius. The gap space between skin and cast may lead to a certain degree movements and this increased mobility might favor redisplacement. The aim of this study was to develop a new 3D method, to measure the gap space in all 3 geometrical planes, and to validate this new technique in a clinical setting of distal radius fractures.Methods:This study applies 3D imaging to measure the space between plaster and skin as a potential factor of secondary displacement and therefore the failure of conservative treatment. We developed and validated a new methodology to analyze and compare different forearm casts made of plaster of Paris and fiberglass. An unpaired t-test was performed to document differences between the investigated parameters between plaster of Paris and fiberglass casts. The significance level was set at p< 0.05.Results:In a series of 15 cases, we found the width of the gap space to average 4 mm, being slightly inferior on the radial side. Comparing the two different casting materials, plaster of Paris and fiberglass, we found a significantly larger variance of space under casts made of the first material (p=0.39). A roughness analysis showed also a markedly significantly higher irregularity of the undersurface of plaster of Paris as compared with fiberglass.Conclusion:This study allows for a better understanding of the nature of the "gap space" between cast and skin and will contribute to develop and improve new immobilization techniques and materials.

简介:Duringperipheralnervetranspositionrepair,ifthediameterdifferencebetweentransposednervesislargeormultipledistalnervesmustberepairedatthesametime,traditionalepineurialneurorrhaphyhastheproblemofhightensionatthesuturesite,whichmayevenleadtothefailureofnervesuture.Weinvestigatedwhetherasmallgapbio-sleevesuturewithdifferentinnerdiametersatbothendscanbeusedtorepaira2-mmtibialnervedefectbyproximaltranspositionofthecommonperonealnerveinratsandcomparedtheresultswiththerepairseenafterepineurialneurorrhaphy.Threemonthsaftersurgery,neurologicalfunction,nerveregeneration,andrecoveryofnerveinnervationmusclewereassessedusingthetibialnervefunctionindex,neuroelectrophysiologicaltesting,musclebiomechanicsandwetweightmeasurement,osmicacidstaining,andhematoxylin-eosinstaining.Therewasnoobviousinflammatoryreactionandneuromaformationinthetibialnerveafterrepairbythesmallgapbio-sleevesuturewithdifferentinnerdiametersatbothends.Theconductionvelocity,musclestrength,wetmuscleweight,cross-sectionalareaofmusclefibers,andthenumberofnewmyelinatednervefibersinthebiosleevesuturegroupweresimilartothoseintheepineurialneurorrhaphygroup.Ourfindingsindicatethatsmallgapbio-sleevesuturewithdifferentinnerdiametersatbothendscanachievesurgicalsuturebetweennervesofdifferentdiametersandpromoteregenerationandfunctionalrecoveryofinjuredperipheralnerves.
简介:摘要目的实验性大鼠在坐骨神经损伤后,移植嗅鞘细胞。通过观察神经生长相关蛋白的表达水平,来研究嗅鞘细胞移植在大鼠坐骨神经损伤后,对神经再生的促进作用。方法制作大鼠坐骨神经损伤模型,随机分成对照组和实验组,将培养的嗅鞘细胞应用到坐骨神经断端。观察神经损伤后3d、7d、14d和21d大鼠TUNEL标记阳性细胞百分比变化,利用免疫组化,观察神经生长相关蛋白(GAP-43)表达水平变化。结果术后对照组和实验组的免疫组化呈现GAP-43的规律性表达,但实验组表达水平优于对照组,有统计学上差异;实验组凋亡细胞数量也少于生理盐水对照组。结论在本实验设计条件下,嗅鞘细胞对大鼠坐骨神经损伤后的神经再生有一定促进作用。
简介:摘要目的探讨1例发育落后患儿的临床及遗传学特征。方法对患儿进行全外显子组测序分析,并用Sanger测序对变异位点进行验证。结果全外显子组测序显示患儿携带两个RAB3GAP1基因的杂合性剪接变异:c.2607-1G>C和c.899+2dupT,分别遗传自其表型正常的母亲和父亲。结论确诊了1例罕见的Warburg micro综合征1型。患儿的表型与文献报道一致,并存在腭弓发育不良、显著的高腭弓及牙齿发育不良等罕见表现。
