简介：摘要目的调查了解苏州市东港社区居民社区康复现状及需求。方法对苏州市东港社区10348户居民进行每户上门调查，选择纳入的康复对象并发放自行设计的调查表，填好后收回并统计数据。结果10348户居民共纳入353位康复对象。大部分康复对象为为卒中和慢性骨关节疼痛，分别占32.3%和35.1%的比例。其中有37位康复对象无苏州医保。半年内接受过康复治疗的为71位，未接受治疗的患者未进行康复原因主要为不了解康复是什么治疗、不知道哪些医疗机构提供康复服务以及觉得自己不需要治疗。353人中30位愿意接受机构康复，111位首选社区康复，40位选择家庭康复，不了解康复而未回答的为59位。大部人认为应该将康复治疗项目更多地纳入医保并应该更多地普及康复知识。结论苏州市东港社区居民对康复了解少，康复需求高，目前的社区康复服务不能满足其康复需求，需加强康复宣传，普及社区及家庭康复。
