简介：摘要目的探讨长链非编码RNA-EPIC1与前列腺癌(PC)淋巴结转移及患者预后关系。方法用RT-PCR分别检测EPIC1在正常前列腺上皮细胞系(RWPE-1)和4种PC细胞系表达差异，以及9例PC组织及癌旁组织中EPIC1表达差异，分析EPIC1与83例PC患者临床病理和生存资料之间关系。结果EPIC1在PC细胞系中的表达水平明显高于RWPE-1(P<0.05)，在患者PC组织表达水平也高于癌旁组织(P<0.05)。EPIC1表达程度与肿瘤Gleason评分、TNM分期和淋巴结转移明显相关(P<0.05)，但与患者年龄、PSA水平无相关性(P>0.05)。生存分析显示EPIC1高表达和低表达患者5年生存率分别为37%、59%(P＝0.017)。结论EPIC1的表达在PC中异常增高，EPIC1高表达患者预后较差，EPIC1可能作为PC肿瘤转移和判断预后的有效辅助指标。
