简介：摘要目的探究MMII缝合套件和硬膜外针在半月板缝合术后疗效及缝合时间上有无不同。方法回顾性分析我院2013年2月至2016年2月半月板前角及体部缝合的病例，比较分析MMII缝合套件和硬膜外针在半月板缝合术后的Lysholm评分及缝合每一针所用时间。结果MMII缝合组与硬膜外针缝合组在Lysholm评分和缝合每针所用时间上无显著差异性。总结两种缝合方法，缝合套件操作相对初学者易于掌握，但经过训练，两种缝合时间无明显差异。而治疗效果也无明显差异。施乐辉公司的MMII费用昂贵，而用硬膜外穿刺针费用低廉，更适合基层医院推广。
