简介:Accuratelymeasuringthedifferentialmolecularabsorptioncrosssectionisthekeytoobtainingahigh-precisionconcentrationofatmospherictracegasesinadifferentialabsorptionlidar(DIAL)system.However,theCO2absorptionlineismeticulousat1.6μm,easilytranslatingandbroadeningbecauseofthechangeoftemperatureandpressure.Hence,measuringtheverticalprofileofatmospherictemperatureandpressuretocalculatetheverticalprofileoftheCO2weightparameterisnecessary.Ingeneral,measuringatmospherictemperatureandpressurehasacertainamountofuncertainty.Therefore,thisstudyproposestheconceptofabalancedon-linewavelength,wherethedifferentialmolecularabsorptioncrosssectionislargerandtheCO2weightparameterisinsensitivetotheuncertaintyofatmospherictemperatureandpressure.Inthisstudy,weanalyzedtheinfluenceofuncertaintyontheCO2weightparameterateverypreselectedwavelength,aswellasdeterminedanappropriatewavelengthnearoneoftheabsorptionpeaks.Ourresultshowsthat1572.023nmshouldbeoneoftheappropriatebalancedonlinewavelengths.ThemeasurementerrorsofthemixingratioofCO2moleculeinthiswavelengthareonly0.23%and0.25%andarecausedby1Ktemperatureerrorand1hPapressureerror,respectively.Thisachievementofabalancedon-linewavelengthwillnotonlydepresstherequirementofthelaser’sfrequencystabilizationbutalsothedemandformeasurementprecisionoftheatmospherictemperatureandpressureprofile.Furthermore,thisstudycanachievetheexactmeasurementoftheverticalprofileofatmosphericCO2basedonanindependentdifferentialabsorptionlaser.
简介:Byusinganoffshorelargevolumeair-gunseismicsource,onshoreseismicstations(includingmobilestationsandpermanentstations)andoceanbottomseismometers,adeepseismicexplorationexperimentwascarriedoutforthefirsttimeintheTaiwanStraits.Resultsshowthatseismicstationscanreceiveseismicsignalsfromtheair-gunarraysofthe"YANPINGⅡ"scientificinvestigationshipfromasfaras280kmaway.TensofthousandsofhighqualityseismicdataitemswereobtainedsuccessfullyanddifferenttypesofP-waveseismicphaseswereidentified.Aone-dimensionalcrustalstructuremodelofthesurveyprofileHX9showsthatthecrustalstructure,whichisreflectedbyPcandPmPreflectionwavesfromtwovelocitydiscontinuitiesandbasementrefractionwave(Pg)constitutesthebasiccharacteristicofthecrustalstructureinthisregion.ThedepthsofConraddiscontinuityandMohodiscontinuityarerespectively16.0km-17.5kmand28.0km-29.5km.
简介:Anon-linecontrolmethodofsurfacequalityforcontinuoushot-dipgalvanizedsteelstripaftercoolingispresented,whichcombinesanalyticaldynamicstheoryofathinplatewiththefiniteelementmethod.Theinherentcharacteristicsofthenon-immersedandpartiallyimmersedstripinliquidzincwerecalculatedonthebasisoftheoreticalanalysisandnumericalsimulation,respectively.Multi-parameterfittingofthedeviationbetweenresultsusingdifferentmethodswasperformed.Tooptimizethestripexcitationfrequencyawayfromtheresonanceregion,on-linevibrationcontrolofthestripneartheairknifeunderfullproductconditionswasachievedbychangingthefieldproductionparametersbasedonthefieldtestresults.Theresultsindicatethatalthoughtheaxialvelocityhaslittleeffectontheinherentcharacteristicsofthestripcomparedwithothermanufacturingparameterssuchasthesteelspecificationsandtension,itinducesexternalexcitations,includingmovingtheaerodynamicloadandbearingvibration.Tosomedegree,thevibrationneartheairknifecanbereducedbystrengtheningthesupportstiffnessofthecontactrolls.Atotalon-linecontrolprogramofsurfacequalityforcontinuoushot-dipgalvanizedpureZnandgalvannealedsteelsheetinthecoolingsectionisproposed.
简介:Ammoniumsulfateresidueisaparticulatesolidandisproducedduringthemanufactureofammoniumsulfatefertilizer.Theresidueusedinthisstudycontainedalargeportionofcalciumcarbonate,fromwhichactivelime(CaO)wasrecoveredviathermaldecomposition.Weusedapurpose-builtdevicetodecomposetheresidueinasemi-suspensionstate.WefoundthatCaOhadthehighestactivitywhenresiduewasdecomposedat850-900℃.OurexperimentsindicatedthatammoniumsulfateresidueshouldbedecomposedinasuspensionstatetoproduceactiveCaO.Basedonourlaboratorytestfindings,anindustrial-scaleproductionlinewithahighsolid/gasratioinasuspensionstatewasdevised.TheoptimaloperatingconditionsforthedecompositionoftheammoniumsulfateresiduetoproducehighqualityCaOwerealsoinvestigated.WefoundthattheCaCO3decompositionratewashighandtheCaOproductwashighlyactive,averaging170sbythecitricacidmethod.MorphologymeasurementsshowedthattheCaOproducthadaporousstructureandalargespecificsurfaceensuringhighactivity.
简介:Thelowfrequencylinecomponentsoftheradiatednoisefromanunderwatertargetusuallyhavebothhighspectrumlevelandsustainedstability.Thisfeaturecouldbeusedtoincreasethedetectionperformanceofconventionalbroadbandenergyintegrationmethod.Therequiredspectrumlevelistheoreticallydiscussedwhenthedetectionperformanceoftheknownlinedetectionisbetterthanthatofbroadbandenergyintegrationmethod.Undertheconditionofthetargetcanbedetectedinlinespectrumband,therelationshipbetweenthelinespectrumlevelandsignaltonoiseratio(SNR)isalsodiscussed.ThispaperproposesalinespectrumtargetdetectionmethodthatamatrixusingDCjumptofluctuationsratiosofsub-bandspatialspectrumandbeamspaceoutputisconstructed.Thismatrixactsasafilterthatthelinespectrumtargetwithcertainfrequencyandazimuthispassedatmost.Byfusingwiththeothersubbandresults,theconventionaldetectionperformancecanbeimproved.Atthesametime,theapplicableconditionanddetectionperformanceareanalyzedinthepaper.Thesimulationandtheseatrialdataprocessingresultsshowthatthealgorithmcaneffectivelyextractweakgoallinespectrumtargetundertheconditionofmulti-interference.Thealgorithmdoesn’tneedmulti-framestatisticsandthedetectionperformanceisclosertotheoptimallinespectrummethod.
简介:AIM:Toevaluatetheefficacyofthe14-dmoxifloxacinbasedtripletherapyforthesecond-lineeradicationofHelicobacterpylori(H.pylori)infection.METHODS:Between2011and2013,weconductedaretrospectivereviewofthemedicalrecordsof160patientswhohadexperiencedfailureoftheirfirst-lineprotonpumpinhibitor-basederadicationtherapyandsubsequentlyreceivedthemoxifloxacin-basedtripletherapyasasecond-lineeradicationtreatmentregimen.Thepatientswhoweretreatedwiththemoxifloxacinbasedtripletherapy(oral20mgrabeprazoleb.i.d.,1000mgamoxicillinb.i.d.,and400mgmoxifloxacinq.d.)for7dwereassignedtotheRAM-7group(n=79)whilethosewhotookthemfor14dayswereassignedtoRAM-14group(n=81).Theeradicationratesforbothgroupsweredeterminedbyintentionto-treat(ITT)andper-protocol(PP)analyses.ITTanalysiscomparedthetreatmentgroupsasoriginallyallocatedwhilethePPanalysisincludingonlythosepatientswhohadcompletedthetreatmentasoriginallyallocated.SuccessfuleradicationtherapyforH.pyloriinfectionwasdefinedasthedocumentationofanegative13C-ureabreathtest4wkaftertheendoftheeradicationtreatment.RESULTS:TheoverallITTeradicationratewas76.2%(122/160).ThefinalITTeradicationrateswere70.8%(56/79;95%CI:63.3%-77.1%)intheRAM-7groupand81.4%(66/81;95%CI:74.6%-88.3%)intheRAM-14group(P=0.034).TheoverallPPeradicationratewas84.1%(122/145),andthefinalPPeradicationrateswere77.7%(56/72;95%CI:70.2%-85.3%)intheRAM-7groupand90.4%(66/73;95%CI:82.8%-98.1%)intheRAM-14group(P=0.017).TheH.pylori-eradicationratesintheRAM-14groupweresignificantlyhighercomparedwiththatoftheRAM-7groupaccordingtoboththeITT(P=0.034)andthePPanalyses(P=0.017).Bothgroupsexhibitedgoodtreatmentcompliance(RAM-7/RAM-14group:100%/100%).Theadverseeventrateswere19.4%(14/72)and20.5%(15/73)intheRAM-7andRAM-14groups,respectively(P=0.441).Adverseeventsoccurredin14
简介:Objective:Tocomparetheefficacyandadverseeffectsofpaclitaxel-etoposide-carboplatin/cisplatin(TEP/TCE)regimenwiththoseofetoposide-carboplatin/cisplatin(EP/CE)regimenasfirst-linetreatmentforcombinedsmall-celllungcancer(CSCLC).Methods:Aretrospectivestudywasconductedon62CSCLCpatientswhoweretreatedatTianjinMedicalUniversityCancerInstituteandHospitalfromJuly2000toApril2013andadministeredwithTEP/TCEregimen(n=19)orEP/CEregimen(n=43)asfirst-lineCSCLCtreatment.Allpatientsreceivedmorethantwocyclesofchemotherapy,andtheresponsewasevaluatedeverytwocycles.Theprimaryendpointwasoverallsurvival(OS),andthesecondaryendpointswereprogression-freesurvival(PFS),objectiveresponserate(ORR),diseasecontrolrate(DCR),andadverseeffects.Results:ORRbetweentheTEP/TCEandEP/CEgroupsshowedastatisticaldifference(90%vs.53%,P=0.033).BothgroupsfailedtoreachastatisticaldifferenceinDCR(100%vs.86%,P=0.212).ThemedianPFSandOSoftheTEP/TCEgroupwereslightlylongerthanthoseoftheEP/CEgroup,althoughbothgroupsfailedtoreachastatisticaldifference(10.5vs.8.9months,P=0.484;24.0vs.17.5months,P=0.457).However,stratifiedanalysisindicatedthatthePFSofpatientswithstagesIIIandIVCSCLCshowedmarginallysignificantdifferencebetweentheTEP/TCEandEP/CEgroups(19.5vs.7.6months;P=0.071).BothratesofgradeIVbonemarrowdepressionandterminationofchemotherapyintheTEP/TCEgroupweresignificantlyhigherthanthoseintheEP/CEgroup(26.3%vs.7.0%,P=0.036;31.6%vs.14.7%,P=0.004).Conclusion:TheTEP/TCEregimenmaynotbepreferredforCSCLC,andthisthree-drugregimenrequiresfurtherexplorationandresearch.Todate,theEP/CEregimenremainsthestandardtreatmentforCSCLCpatients.
