简介：摘要：目的 研究MNSs血型系统中NN型在三明地区无偿献血人群的分布情况及抗-M患者的临床输血。方法 随机抽取三明市血站无偿献血人群A型540例、B型352例、O型715例，以血型血清学方法检测其红细胞膜上M抗原来分析并统计NN型的分布情况。结果 NN型比例为24.0%，其中A型中NN型135例占25.0%、B型中NN型71例占20.2%，O型中NN型180例占25.2%。结论 MNSs系统中NN型在A、B、O血型中分布无明显差异且NN型在三明地区无偿献血人员的比例为24.0%。抗-M患者的输血，在24.0%的配血相合率下，应当尽量优先选择NN型的红细胞经交叉配血相容后输注，这对输血安全有重大意义。
