简介:Thisstudydealtwiththeelectrostrictiveresponsesofpolyurethane(PU)actuatorswithdifferentmicrophaseseparationstructure,whichwasapromisingcandidateforamaterialusedinpolymeractuators.InordertoconstructPUswithdifferenthigher-orderstructure,PUswithvarioustypesofpolyolweresynthesized:poly(neopentylglycoladipate)(PNAD),poly(tetramethyleneglycol)(PTMG),andpoly(dimethylsiloxnae)(PDMS).SynthesizedPUwascharacterizedbyFouriertransform-infrared(FT-IR)spectroscopyandgelpermeationchromatography(GPC).ThermalanalysisandmechanicalpropertiesofPUfilmswerecarriedoutwithdifferentialscanningcalorimetry(DSC)andUTM(universaltestingmachine),respectively.AndPUactuatorwasformedinatypeofmonomorph,whichwasmadebycarbonblackelectrodesonthebothsurfacesofPUfilmbyspincoatingmethod.ActuationbehaviorwasmainlyinfluencedonmicrophaseseparationstructureandmechanicalpropertyofPU.Inresult,PUactuatorwithPNAD,polyesterurethane,hadthelargestfield-induceddisplacement.
