简介:一、引言由于历史因素的影响,我国国有商业银行的各顼业务中均存在缺乏活力的现象,其管理手段落後和业务品种单一等情况使其难以适应我国现行经济制度下优化资源配置的要求。本文将目光聚焦于国有银行中的信贷业务,从信贷激励——约束机制的角度对其进行博弈分析。目前我国商业银行所采取的激励——约束机制尚不健全,具体来说就是其激励手段单一,而另一方面在各个商业银行的管理中制度对员工的约束又比较严格,从而使得在目前我国的商业银行经营中信贷业务并不尽如人意。在我国商业银行的经营中激励手段主要以行政激励与精神激励为主,而物质激励则较少。
