简介:Lophenol,cholest-4α-methyl-7-en-3β-ol(1),obtainedfromDracaenacochinchinensis(Lour.)S.C.Chen,wasstructurallymodified.Itwasacetylatedtoprotect3β-hydroxylgroup,andthenoxidisedbyseleniumdioxideinaceticacidtogivecholest-4a-methyl-8-en-3β,Ta-dioldiacetate(3).Thiscompound3isunstableinchloroformsolutionorwhenheatedandeasilyconvertedtoadienecompound,cholest-4a-methyl-7,14-dien-3β-olacetate(4).Thestructuresof3and4wereelucidatedbymeansofIR,^1HNMR,^13CNMRandMS,andtheabsoluteconfigurationof3wasestablishedbyX-raycrystallography.Thepropertyof3wasalsodiscussedinthispaper.Both3and4arenewcompoundsandwerereportedforthefirsttime.
简介:摘要电厂原来2台机组电除尘输灰系统共用一套PLC进行控制,在运行过程中,由于2台机组除灰系统的共用部分----灰库PLC远程站由于通讯故障而离线,造成2台机组的输灰同时无法进行,可能造成2台机组同时停运行的事故发生,所以按要求将原来电除尘输灰系统拆分为1号机组输灰系统、2号机组输灰系统、一期输灰公用系统相互独立的三个系统,并保证这三个系统可以通过交换机互相读取数据,升级原两台电除尘输灰程控系统CPU模件为140CPU67160。原有的电源柜、PLC柜需要进行柜内改造,将常规继电器硬接线模式改为快速接线板模式。柜内元器件及接线的拆除、柜内快速接线板安装及接线、柜外电缆电线的拆除、柜外电缆电线的重新接线和绑扎挂牌等施工工作。原来电除尘输灰系统灰库远程站控制柜更换,要求新控制柜密封等级达到IP64以上,旧控制柜拆除、新控制柜安装、接配线及调试。

简介:Afewadditionaldatafromourpreviousexperimentswereplottedtoemphasizetheshear-thickeningbehaviorofdeoxysickleerythrocyte(SS)suspension.Aconstitutiveequation(namedasFXequation)wasdevelopedandappliedtoacylindricalpipeflowofashear-thickeningfluid.Abluntvelocityprofileanditsvolumeflowratewerecalculated.Theflowwasnon-viscous(potential)inthecentralpartofthepipe(i.e.thecentralcoreorthecentralplug-flow),andbecamemoreandmoreviscoustowardsthewallofthepipeafteraspecificradialdistance,whichwasdeterminedbyacriticalshearrateofγF(namedasFung'sshearrate).Furthermore,combiningtheFXequationwiththeoriginalCasson'sequation,theauthorobtainedamodifiedCasson'sequationbyintroducingγF.
