简介：摘要目的比较研究Free-edge矫治技术剜除下颌第三磨牙治疗安氏Ⅲ类错的建议。方法择取我院收治的38例安氏Ⅲ类错患者进行研究，以入院时间为依据将所选患者平均分为两组，拔牙组19例；非拔牙组19例。所选患者均通过Free-edge直丝系列托槽进行治疗。拔牙组患者同时行以挖除下颌第三颗磨牙治疗。结果两组患者上下牙列均排列整齐，覆盖处于正常状态，咬关系良好，磨牙关系中性，软组织侧貌得到显著改善，趋于或达到直面型。结论针对安氏Ⅲ类错患者行以Free-edge矫治技术剜除下颌第三磨牙治疗可取得良好效果，不管是否拔牙，Free-edge矫治技术的应用可以改善患者侧貌变化，具有显著临床价值，值得推广和应用。
