简介:【摘要】我国当下素质教育的主要目标是培养全面发展的人,对于学生而言,除了文化素养方面的发展以外也包括了适应新时期社会发展需要的各方面能力,因此在新时期的中学德育工作中,仅围绕着文化教育方面展开是不够的。我校从仁礼文化中所提炼出来的“立身立人”品格教育的教育目标就包含着学生适应社会所需要的多种能力的培养,通过有效地利用班主任的常规管理工作并融入“立身立人”教育目标来深度培养中学生的社会素养,有利于培养学生积极参与社会实践的主观能动性,从而使学生的个人素质得到全面提高,达到我国当下素质教育的育人教育目标,满足适应新时期社会迅速发展的需要。

简介:摘要:时代的发展对教育质量的要求在不断的提高。教育改革也在如火如荼的进行中,尽管教育的发展千变万变,但家长作为孩子的第一任老师,在孩子成长的过程中有着无法替代的特殊作用,这一共识却始终被教育界充分认可,如何利用和开发家长的教育资源,已成为当前幼儿园课程改革的热点。家长来自各行各业,可谓人才济济,是幼儿园一份丰厚、宝贵的教育资源,它弥补了幼儿园某方面资源的空缺。因此如何充分利用开发家长资源,调动家长参与班级保教工作,使他们成为教师的合作伙伴,为班级幼儿教育提供更多的帮助和强有力的支持,有效地提高保教工作的质量,促进幼儿全面健康的发展显得尤为重要。本文从提高家长认识、等七个方面浅谈调动家长参与班级保教工作的策略。
