  • 简介:Identificationofhigh-yieldingstablepromisingricelinesanddeterminationofsuitableareasforricelineswouldbedonebyadditivemaineffectsandmultiplicativeinteraction(AMMI)model.SevenpromisingricegenotypesplustwocheckvarietiesShiroudiand843wereanalyzedusingarandomizedcompleteblockdesignwiththreereplicationsinthreeconsecutiveyears(2012,2013and2014).Homogenouserrorvariancewasindicatedinthenineenvironmentsforgrainyield.Thecombinedanalysisofvarianceindicatedsignificanteffectsofenvironment,genotypeandgenotype×environment(GE)interactionsongrainyield.ThesignificanteffectofGEinteractionreflectedonthedifferentialresponseofgenotypesinvariousenvironmentsanddemonstratedthatGEinteractionhadremarkableeffectongenotypicperformanceindifferentenvironments.TheapplicationofAMMImodelforpartitioningtheGEinteractioneffectsshowedthatonlythefirsttwotermsofAMMIweresignificantbasedonGollob'sF-test.ThelowestAMMI-1wasobservedforG7,G2andG6.G7andG6hadhighergrainyield.Accordingtothefirsteigenvalue,whichbenefitsonlythefirstinteractionprincipalcomponentscores,G1,G6,G2andG9werethemoststablegenotypes.Thevaluesofthesumoffirsttwointeractionprincipalcomponentscorescouldbeusefulinidentifyinggenotypestability,andG6,G5andG2werethemostdynamicstablegenotypes.AMMIstabilityvalueintroducedG6asthemoststableone.AccordingtoAMMIbiplotview,G6washighyieldingandhighlystablegenotype.Inconclusion,thisstudyrevealedthatGEinteractionswereanimportantsourceofriceyieldvariation,anditsAMMIbiplotswereforcefulforvisualizingtheresponseofgenotypestoenvironments.

  • 简介:High-densitymarkersarenecessaryformap-basedcloningofricegenes,butthecurrentlyavailablemarkersarenotsatisfactoryenough.InDel(insertion-deletionlengthpolymorphism)andSNP(singlenucleotidepolymorphism)arethenewgenerationofmolecularmarkersandcanbasicallymeettheneedoffinemapping.InDelandSNPmarkerscanbedevelopedthroughbioinformatics.Thesemarkersarevaluablemarkerswiththecharactersoflowcost,highspecificityandstability.ThisarticleintroducedthemethodsfordesigningInDelandSNPmarkers,takingthemappingofaricerolledleafgeneasanexample.Inaddition,somekeyfactorsinimprovingthedesignefficiencywerealsodiscussed.

  • 简介:Inordertostudyselectionindicesforimprovingricegrainyield,acrosswasmadebetweenanIraniantraditionalrice(OryzasativaL.)variety,Tarommahalliandanimprovedindicaricevariety,Khazarin2006.Thetraitsoftheparents(30plants),F1(30plants)andF2generations(492individuals)wereevaluatedattheRiceResearchInstituteofIran(RRII)during2007.Heritabilitiesofthenumberofpaniclesperplant,plantheight,daystoheadingandpanicleexsertionweregreaterthanthatofgrainyield.Theselectionindicesweredevelopedusingtheresultsofmultivariateanalysis.Toevaluateselectionstrategiestomaximizegrainyield,14selectionindiceswerecalculatedbasedontwomethods(optimumandbase)andcombinationsof12traitswithvariouseconomicweights.Resultsofselectionindicesshowedthatselectionforgrainweight,numberofpaniclesperplantandpaniclelengthbyusingtheirphenotypicand/orgenotypicdirecteffects(pathcoefficient)aseconomicweightsshouldserveasaneffectiveselectioncriterionforusingeithertheoptimumorbaseindex.

  • 简介:Theestimationofglycemicindex(GI)ofrice-basedmixedmealeitherbyusingpredictedGI(GIpred)oradjustedGI(GIadj)formulaisunclear.ThisstudyaimedtodeterminetheglycemicresponseofriceinricealoneormixedmealsandtoidentifytheappropriateformulaforestimatingtheGIofrice-basedmixedmeals.Theglycemicresponsesproducedbythericealone(redrice,fragrantwhitericeorparboiledrice)andtherice-basedmixedmeals(friedredrice,friedfragrantwhitericeorfriedparboiledrice)whichprovided25gavailablecarbohydratewereassessedin11healthyindividuals.TodeterminethemeasuredGI(GImeasured)ofricealoneandrice-basedmixedmeals,participantsunderwentthreerepeatedtestsofareferencefood(Glucolin?).Testswereperformedinrandomorderonnineseparatevisitsafteranovernightfastingforatleast8h.Capillaryglucoseatbaseline(0min),15,30,45,60,90and120minfromstartingthemealswasassessedandusedtodeterminetheincrementalareaunderthecurve(iAUC120).TheagreementbetweenGImeasuredandtheestimationformulae(GIpredorGIadj)weredeterminedusingBland-Altmananalysis.TheiAUC120afterconsumingricealonewassignificantlyhigherthantherice-basedmixedmealsexceptforfriedfragrantrice,whichwascomparabletothericealone(P>0.05).TheGImeasuredvaluesofricewerecategorizedasmedium(61forparboiledrice,67forfragrantwhiterice,and68forredrice).GIpred(r=0.40,P<0.01)andGIadj(r=0.41,P<0.01)weresignificantlycorrelatedwithiAUC120.TheagreementbetweenGImeasuredandGIadjisapparentsuggestingtheusefulnessofGIadjinestimatingmealGIofrice-basedmixedmeals.

  • 简介:Applicationofsilicon(Si)couldgreatlyboostriceyieldandmitigateabioticstress,especiallydrought.Afieldexperimentwasconductedduring2015attheresearchfarmofHongDucUniversity,ThanhHoaCity,Vietnam,toevaluatetheeffectsoffivedifferentcombineddosesofstandardfertilizerpracticeandSifertilizerongrowth,yieldandyieldcomponents,aswellasnutrientuptakeofrice.Thetreatmentsconsistedoftherecommendeddoseoffertilizer(RDF,110kg/hm2N+90kg/hm2P2O5+80kg/hm2K2O)asthecontrol,RDF+100kg/hm2SiO2,RDF+200kg/hm2SiO2,RDF+300kg/hm2SiO2andRDF+400kg/hm2SiO2.Theresultsshowedthatthegrowth,grainandstrawyieldsaswellasyieldcomponents(numberofgrainsperpanicle,seed-settingrateand1000-grainweight)weresignificantlyaffectedbySiapplication.Thehighestgrainyieldof3705kg/hm2wasobtainedwiththehighestlevelofSifertilizerincombinationwithRDF(RDF+400kg/hm2SiO2),however,itwasstatisticallyatparwiththeyieldsobtainedwithRDF+300kg/hm2SiO2(3664kg/hm2)andRDF+200kg/hm2SiO2(3621kg/hm2).TheoptimumdoseofSifertilizerwithmaximizedgrainyield(3716kg/hm2)was329kg/hm2SiO2.Thenutrient(Si,N,PandK)uptakesofricewerealsosignificantlyenhancedbySiapplication.Siapplicationatthelevelof329kg/hm2alongwithRDFwouldhelpinthesustainableproductionofriceinthetropicalzoneofVietnam.

  • 简介:在红外线的反射光谱学(NIRS)附近,一种非破坏性的测量技术,与部分最少的广场回归discrimiant分析(PLS-DA)被相结合区别转基因(TCTP和mi166)并且野类型(Zhonghua11)米饭。而且,米饭线与蛋白质基因(OsTCTP)转变了,规定基因(Osmi166)被NIRS方法也区别。PLS-DA在的表演光谱4000-8的范围000 ;cm-1和4000-10000 ;cm-1与相比获得最佳光谱范围。作为结果,转基因、野的类型米饭在4000-10的范围与对方被区分开来000 ;cm-1,和正确分类率在确认测试是100.0%。转基因的米饭TCTP和mi166也在4000-10的范围与对方被区分开来000 ;cm-1,和正确分类率也是100.0%。在结论,与PLS-DA相结合的NIRS能被用于转基因的米饭的辨别。

  • 简介:QTLmappingforsevenqualitytraitswasconductedbyusing254recombinantinbredlines(RIL)derivedfromajaponica-japonicaricecrossofXiushui79/CBao.Theseventraitsinvestigatedweregrainlength(GL),grainlengthtowidthratio(LWR),chalkgrainrate(CGR),chalkinessdegree(CD),gelatinizationtemperature(GT),amylosecontent(AC)andgelconsistency(GC)ofheadrice.ThreemappingmethodsemployedwerecompositeintervalmappinginQTLMapper2.0softwarebasedonmixedlinearmodel(MCIM),inclusivecompositeintervalmappinginQTLIciMapping3.0softwarebasedonstepwiseregressionlinearmodel(ICIM)andmultipleintervalmappingwithregressionforwardselectioninWindowsQTLCartographer2.5basedonmultipleregressionanalysis(MIMR).ResultsshowedthatfiveQTLswithadditiveeffect(A-QTLs)weredetectedbyallthethreemethodssimultaneously,twobytwomethodssimultaneously,and23byonlyonemethod.FiveA-QTLsweredetectedbyMCIM,ninebyICIMand28byMIMR.ThecontributionratesofsingleA-QTLrangedfrom0.89%to38.07%.AlltheQTLswithepistaticeffect(E-QTLs)detectedbyMIMRwerenotdetectedbytheothertwomethods.FourteenpairsofE-QTLsweredetectedbybothMCIMandICIM,and142pairsofE-QTLsweredetectedbyonlyonemethod.Twenty-fivepairsofE-QTLsweredetectedbyMCIM,141pairsbyICIMandfourpairsbyMIMR.ThecontributionratesofsinglepairofE-QTLwerefrom2.60%to23.78%.IntheXiu-BaoRILpopulation,epistaticeffectplayedamajorroleinthevariationofGLandCD,andadditiveeffectwasthedominantinthevariationofLWR,whilebothepistaticeffectandadditiveeffecthadequalimportanceinthevariationofCGR,AC,GTandGC.QTLsdetectedbytwoormoremethodssimultaneouslywerehighlyreliable,andcouldbeappliedtoimprovethequalitytraitsinjaponicahybridrice.

  • 简介:Weedyriceexertsasevereimpactonriceproductionbycompetingforsunlight,waterandnutrients.Thisstudyassayedthepopulationstructure,geneticdiversityandoriginofNortheastAsiaweedyricebyusing48simplesequencerepeatmarkers.TheresultsshowedthatweedyriceinNortheastAsiahadahighgeneticdiversity,withShannon’sdiversityindex(I)of0.748andtheheterozygosity(He)of0.434.Ineachregionalpopulation,Ivaluevariedwidely.ThewidestrangeofI(0.228–0.489)wasobservedintheweedyriceofEasternChina,whichwaslargerthanthatofNortheastChinaandKorea(0.168–0.270).TheF-statisticsofregionalpopulations(Fis,FitandFst)alsoshowedhighervaluesintheweedyriceofEasternChinathanthoseofNortheastChinaandKorea.Allweedyriceaccessionsweregroupedintotwoclustersintheunweightedpairgroupmethodwitharithmeticmeanclusteranalysisdendrogram,namelyEasternChinabranchandNortheasternChinaplusKoreabranch.TherewassignificantdifferentiationingeneticcharacteristicsinweedyriceofnortheasternandeasternAsia,especiallyinEasternChina.

  • 简介:在中国在商业杂交稻生产推广的41根父母线的基因差异被使用词法特点和简单顺序重复(SSR)的簇分析学习标记。41个条目被分配进二簇(即早成熟ormedium簇;中等或迟了成熟的簇)并且进一步在词法特点簇分析上分配了sub-clustersbased进六。早或中等成熟的簇是镇静的of15维护者线,四根早成熟的恢复系线和二个thermo敏感的妖怪不育系,并且中等或迟了成熟的簇包括了成熟orlate维护者衬里的16根restorer线和4媒介。而且,SSR簇分析分类41条目intotwogroups(即维护者线组和恢复系线组)并且七亚群。维护者线组由所有19根维护者线组成了,二个thermo敏感的妖怪不育系,当restorer线组由所有构成时,20restorer排队。与家谱信息更好适合的SSR分析。从杂交稻繁殖上的看法,结果建议thatSSR分析可能是一个更好的方法在indica杂交稻学习父母线的差异。

  • 简介:有在家和国外的好吃的质量的60常规装饰用的梨树米饭就职的差异用SSR分子的标记,农学的特点和味道特征被分析。290等位基因的一个总数在72SSRloci在60就职被检测,高类似系数在0.600和0.924之间变化。染色体5上的loci在平均等位基因数字显示出最大的价值。另外,大多数SSRloci能检测3~4等位基因。UPGMAdendrogram基于基因类似系数的簇分析证明米饭就职的部分的组织趋势是地理相关的并且大多数在江苏省的米饭就职,中国一起被聚类。而且,来自南方的许多国内就职和在中国的北方起源接近了外国装饰用的梨树米饭变化,从外国高质量的来源由他们的家谱起源证明了。为味道特征,尽管他们来自不同地理区域,有优秀味觉的就职的部分清楚地被聚类进一个范畴,它显示一些变化的味道特征主要是遗传上坚定的。另外,有好味觉的装饰用的梨树米饭的农学的特点可能仔细与他们的地理起源,而是在优异味道特征和农学的特点之间的关系被联系应该进一步被澄清。
