简介：最近在加拿大的多伦多召开了第16届国际艾滋病大会。这是每两年一次的大会，这次大会的主题是“timetodeliver”。直译过来是派送的时间，或是发放的时间。实际上我认为应该翻译为是履行诺言的时候了。虽然，直到今天还没有一种方法来根治艾滋病和彻底清除HIV。但是，目前现存的方法对预防和治疗艾滋病还是能起到很好作用的。只是直到今天，很多承诺还是停留在口头上，没有落实，特别是对那些贫困的国家的HIV／AIDS的感染者。他们得不到预防和治疗的服务。因此，发达国家应该把控制艾滋病的战斗看作是国际大家庭的共同任务，伸出慷慨援助之手帮助那些贫困国家共同完成抗击HIV／AIDS的任务。
