简介:摘要目的探讨Twin-block矫治器的咬合重建和临床应用。方法选取2013年1月~2015年6月收治的安氏Ⅱ类错患者8例临床Twin-block矫治器治疗的临床应用进行分析。结果所有患者经Twin-block矫治器治疗均了得良好的矫治效果,前牙覆盖正常,侧貌均得到很大改善,矫治效果比较满意。结论当上下垫的接触斜面呈相反方向时,即可对下颌有强迫后退的作用,此时,可以用来矫治Ⅲ类错。
