  • 简介:China’slandinstitutioncanbedefinedbroadlyornarrowly.Byexaminingthebroaddefinitionofthelandinstitution,wefoundthattherewereprerequisite,complementary,andsubstitutionalrelationshipsamongthevarioussystems.Theserelationshipswereverifiedthroughdiscussionofthestructuralevolutionofeachsystem.Basedontheserelationships,threemethodsforquantificationwereusedtomeasuretheregulationintensityandintra-provincialdifferencesineachsystemamong31provinces,municipalities,andautonomousregionsinChinain2014.Thestatisticsanalysisshowsthatprovincesusedtopursueoutstandingperformancesinlandinstitutionbutfewprovincescouldoutperformtheotherprovincesinalltypesofsystems.Thestatisticsresultsalsoindicatethattheprovinceswhichexecutedlandinstitutionearlieroftenholdsignificantadvantagesininstitutionalinnovationsbutitisstillnotclearwhethertheycanmaintaintheadvantages.ThisstudyrecommendsthattheChinesegovernmentshouldimprovetheoverallframeworkofregionallandinstitutionbasedonlandsystems’relationshipsandevolutionarypatterns.Furthermore,thegovernmentshouldoptimizethespatialdistributionofregionallandinstitutionbasedontheintra-provincialdifferencesinland-regulationintensity.

  • 简介:Inthisarticle,wepresentanapplicationofAdaptiveGeneticAlgorithmEnergyDemandEstimation(AGAEDE)optimalmodeltoimprovetheefficiencyofenergydemandprediction.Thecoefficientsofthetwoformsofthemodel(bothlinearandquadratic)areoptimizedbyAGAusingfactors,suchasGDP,population,urbanizationrate,andR&Dinputstogetherwithenergyconsumptionstructure,thataffectdemand.Sincethespuriousregressionphenomenonoccursforawiderangeoftimeseriesanalysisineconometrics,wealsodiscussthisproblemforthecurrentartificialintelligencemodel.ThesimulationresultsshowthattheproposedmodelismoreaccurateandreliablecomparedwithotherexistingmethodsandtheChina’senergydemandwillbe5.23billionTCEin2020accordingtotheaverageresultsoftheAGAEDEoptimalmodel.FurtherdiscussionillustratesthattherewillbegreatpressureforChinatofulfilltheplannedgoalofcontrollingenergydemandsetintheNationalEnergyDemandProject(2014—2020).

  • 简介:Inrecentyears,China'senergydemandandGreenhousegas(GHG)emissionshavegrownveryfast,quiteanamountofwhichwasexportedasenergyembodiedingoodsininternationaltraderatherthanconsumeddomestically.Startingfromtheconceptofembodiedenergy,basedoninput-outputenergyanalysisapproach,inthispapertheenergyembodiedingoodsininternationaltradeofChinaduringtheperiodfrom2001to2006iscalculated.TheresultsshowthatalthoughChinahasbecomeanetimporterofpetroleumsince1993,Chinaisanetexporterofembodiedenergyduetointernationaltradeingoods.In2002,thetotalamountofenergyembodiedinexportedgoodswasabout410milliontce(tonofcoalequivalent,hereinafterreferredtoas'tce').Eliminatingtheamountofenergyembodiedinimportedgoodsofabout170milliontce,thenetexportofembodiedenergywasabout240milliontce,accountingfor16%oftheaggregateprimaryenergyconsumptionofthatveryyearinChina,andthenetexportofembodiedemissionswasabout150milliontonsofcarbon.WiththerapidgrowthofChina'sinternationaltrade,assumingnostructuralinput-outputchangesofamongsectors,in2006thenetexportofembodiedenergywentuptoabout630milliontce,anincreaseof162%over2002.Inaddition,thispaperalsoanalyzesthepossiblesourcesoferrorincalculation,andalsodiscussesthepolicyimplicationsaccordingtotheresultofthecalculation.

  • 简介:Inthisresearch,theFactorAnalysismodelofmeasuringprovinciallowcarbondevelopmentinChinahasbeenconstructed.Basedondatafrom30provinces,anempiricalstudywasdevelopedtomeasurecomprehensivelowcarbondevelopmentusingtheFactorAnalysismodel(PrincipalComponentsmethodandNormalizedVarimaxRotation).Theresultsrevealthattheprovincialmarksoflowcarbondevelopmentaregenerallylowandonlynineprovinceshavehighmarks(morethan0.80).Theresultsalsoshowsignificantregionaldisparity.TheprovincialmarksoftheeasternregionarehigherthanboththemiddleandwesternprovincesofmainlandChina.Alloftheprovinceswithhighmarks(morethan0.90)arelocatedintheeasternregion,andthosewiththelowestmarks(0.60)arelocatedinthemiddleregion.Furthermore,regionaldisparityinlowcarbondevelopmentfollowsthesamepatternaseconomicdevelopmentinChina.Finally,somesuggestionsfordecision-makersarepresented.
