  • 简介:Theelectronbeamwelding-brazingbeingusedtojoin5A06AlalloytoTC4Tialloydecreasestheformationofbrittleintermetalliccompound.Experimentswerecarriedouttostudytheinfluenceofelectronbeamweldingparametersonthetensilestrengthofwelds,basedonanorthogonaltestandanalysismethod.Theweldingparametersincludebeamcurrent,weldingspeed,scanningfigure,scanningfrequency,figuresize,beamoffsetandfocuscurrent.Theoptimumparametersfor3mm5A06Alalloyand2mmTC4alloywereasfollows:accelerationvoltagewas60kV,beamcurrentwas11mA,weldingspeedwas600mm/min,focuscurrentwas0mA,scanfigurewasO,scanningfrequencywas1000Hzandbeamoffsetwas0.5mm.Theresultsshowthatthejointswerewithgoodappearanceandqualityweldedbytheoptimumparameters.ThesuccessfuljointscouldbegainedandthemaximumtensilestrengthofAl/Tidissimilaralloyjointscouldbeupto222.61MPausingelectronbeamwelding-brazing.

  • 简介:采用电子束和真空白耗电弧熔炼法制备Nb-Ti-Al(质量分数,%)合金,利用料浆熔烧法在合金表面制备Si—Cr-Ti涂层,研究在1400℃下合金与涂层的氧化行为。通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱分析(EDS)及电子探针微区分析(EPMA)研究基体与涂层氧化前后的组织形貌变化及成分分布。结果表明:Nb.40Ti-7A1合金在1400℃氧化1~11h后,氧化产物均主要为TiNb2O7、TiO2、Al2O3;氧化前,涂层丰要由(Nb,Ti,Cr,A1)Si2主体层与(Ti,Nb,Al)5Si3过渡层组成,高温氧化后涂层表面形成含有A1203、Ti02的Si02阻挡层;合金与涂层的氧化行为均遵循抛物线规律,合金在1400℃氧化11h的单何面积质量增量为161.98mg/cm2,而涂覆涂层后单位面积质量增量降至9.56mg/cm2,表明Si-Cr-Ti涂层具备良好的高温抗氧化性能。

  • 简介:Abstract:Theeffectofstabilizingelements,suchasNbandTi,onthemicrostmctureandpropertiesoflowcarbonferriticstainlesssteel(FSS)hasbeeninvestigated.TheresultsoftheThermo-calcsimulationhaveshownthattheinterstitialelements,suchasCandN,maybecompletelystabilizedbytheadditionofNbandTi.WiththeincreaseofNbandTicontents,thea+γtwophasesgraduallytransfertoasingleα-phaseunderahightemperaturecondition,andthecontentofthecarbideM_(23)C_6graduallydecreases.ThemicrostructurehasindicatedthatthecombinedadditionofNbandTicanpromotetherecrystallizationofthebandstructureandformmoreuniformequiaxedgrains.Also,withtheincreaseofNbandTicontents,theelongation,ther-valueandthecorrosionresistanceofcold-rolledandannealedsheetsareimprovedprominently.IncomparisonwiththeeffectofTi,theadditionofNbismorebeneficialtotheincreaseofr-valueandthecorrosionresistance.

  • 简介:Aim:Tostudythestrengthandmicrostructureoftrace-Ti-bearingstracturesteel.MaterialsandMethods:ThestrengthandmicrostructureofthetraceTibearingstructuresteelwerestudiedbytwokindsofcontrolledcoolingsimulationtestingresultsinthefirststagecoolingandthelaststagecoolingafterhotpressdeformationinthetrace-Ti-bearingstructuresteel.Results:Itshowedthattheferritegrainsize,therelativecontributionoftheinvolvedstrengthandthemechanicalstrengthwereinfluencedmoreorlessbydifferentcoolingrates.Boththerefinementofferritegrainandtheincreaseofmechanicalstrengthcouldbeobtainedbytheproperdecreaseofwatercoolinginterruptiontemperature(WTI)andcoilingtemperature(CT)inthefirststagecoolingortheproperincreaseofwatercoolingbeginningtemperature(WTB)andproperdecreaseofcoilingtemperature(CT)inthelaststagecooling.Conclusion:Thestrength,theferritegrainrefinementandtheyieldtensileratiointhefirststagecoolingprocessaremuchbetterthanthoseinthelaststagecoolingprocess.

  • 简介:TheeffectofTi(C,N)onpropertiesoflow-carbonMgO-Cbrickswasinvestigated.Thephasecompositionandthemicrostructureofthematrixoflow-carbonMgO-CbrickcontainingTi(C,N)werestudiedbyXRDandSEManalysistogetherwithEDS.TheresultsshowedthatTi(C,N)distributedinthematrixoflow-carbonMgO-Cbrickuniformlyafterbeingtreatedat1600℃for3hincokepowderbed,andTi(C,N)andMgOformedasolidsolution.Afterthetreatmentat1600℃for3hincokepowderbed,thebulkdensityandcoldcrushingstrengthoflow-carbonMgO-CbrickwithTi(C,N)decreased,andtheapparentporosityandlinearchangerateofspecimensincreased.Theoxidationresistanceoflow-carbonMgO-CbrickwithTi(C,N)wassuperiortothatoflow-carbonMgO-Cbrickwithnoadditives,butinferiortothatoflow-carbonMgO-CbrickwithAlpowder.TheslagresistanceofthespecimenwithTi(C,N)wasexcellentaswell.

  • 简介:利用线性伏安法和恒电流电解法研究了苯酚在Ti/PbO2电极上的电催化氧化反应,通过电氧化过程中反应物和中间物的高效液相色谱测定,研究了苯酚在Ti/PbO2电极上电催化氧化的反应机理.实验发现,Ti/PbO2电极对水溶液中苯酚的电氧化具有显著的催化作用,25℃时,对初始浓度为2mmol/L的苯酚水溶液,恒定电流密度为50mA/cm2,电解3h,苯酚转化率为98.02%,有机碳去除率为54.36%.苯酚在Ti/PbO2电极上电催化氧化要经过对苯二酚或邻苯二酚、对苯醌、反丁烯二酸和草酸,最终变成二氧化碳和水的历程.第一步反应苯酚转化的主产物是对苯二酚.对苯二酚转化为苯醌和苯醌转化为反丁烯二酸的反应为慢反应,反丁烯二酸转化为草酸的反应为快反应.

  • 简介:PhotocatalyticH2productionhasemergedasoneofthemostcleanandpromisingrenewableenergysources.InspiteoftheeffortstoobtainefficientphotocatalystsabletoproduceH2fromSunlightandwater,thereisstilltheneedtopreparecheaperandenvironmentalfriendlierphotocatalysts.Phosphatebasedmaterialscouldbegoodcandidatestofulfilltheserequirements.InthismanuscriptwehavepreparedasetofmixedTi3+/Ti4+valence,open-frameworktitaniumphosphates(of-TiPO4)andmixedtitaniumoxide/phosphatederivatives(cr-TiP),correlatingtheirstructureandcompositionwiththephotocatalyticactivityforH2production.Wedeterminedthatmixedtitaniumoxide/phosphatecrystallinephasesproducedenhancedH2evolutionunderSunsimulatedlightirradiationthanmixedTi3+/Ti4+valence,open-frameworktitaniumphosphatesandtitaniumoxidephases.
