  • 简介:摘要目的探讨固定式Twim-Block矫治器治疗安氏Ⅱ类错牙合患者在牙性、骨性所发生的变化,并掌握这种新型矫治器的临床操作。方法选择20例安氏Ⅱ类错牙合患者,以下颌后缩为主,年龄在12~15岁之间,恒牙颌,采用固定式Twim-Block矫治器进行功能矫治,对矫治前后的模型、X光片进行头影测量分析。结果①头影测量显示SNB、L1-NB、L1-MP、ANS-Me、N-Me增大,ANB、U1-SN、U1-NA减小,并有统计学差异(P<0.05)②模型测量分析磨牙关系由Ⅱ类变Ⅰ类或偏Ⅲ类;前牙覆盖有8.95mm减至2.86mm。结论固定式Twim-Block矫治器具有不依赖患者配合的特点,疗效显著,全天候戴用可缩短疗程,扩大适应征范围;制作简单,值得在临床推广。

  • 简介:BACKGROUND:Amyotrophiclateralsclerosis(ALS)isthemostcommonofallthemotorneurondiseasesandtheabsenceofabiologicmarkerhasmadebothdiagnosisandtrackingevolutionofthediseasedifficult.Electrodiagnostictestsplayafundamentalroleinquantifyingpathologicalchangesinthemotorunitpool.OBJECTIVE:Weassesseddistal-proximalMotorUnit(MU)lossandchangesusingthemethodofmotorunitnumberestimation(MUNE).DESIGN,TIMEANDSETTING:Acase-controlstudywasperformedattheDepartmentofNeuroscience,PisaUniversityMedicalSchool,ItalyfromDecember1999toNovember2009.PARTICIPANTS:Atotalof50ALSpatientswererecruited,30males:meanage(59.6±13.3)years20females:meanage(63.9±11.7)years;range(30-82)years;allpatientshadprobableordefiniteALS.Thirtyhealthyvolunteerswererecruitedfromdepartmentstaffs,including20malesand10females;meanage(57.7±13.8)yearsservedascontrols.METHODS:MUNEwasperformedforboththebicepsbrachiiandabductordigitiminimimusclesothesameside.Thetechniqueusedrelayedsubstantiallyonmanualincrementalstimulationofthemotornerve,knownastheMcComastechnique(50mssweepduration,againof2mV/DivforMwave,0.5mV/Divforeachstep;filters10-20kHz).MAINOUTCOMEMEASURES:MUNEresultsweremeasured.RESULTS:FunctioningMUnumbers,measuredbyMUNE,decreasedinthebicepsbrachiiandabductordigitiminimimusclesovertheentireone-yearfollow-upperiod(oneassessmenteverythreemonths)comparedwithbaselinedetermination,therateofMUdecreasewassimilarinbothmuscles,butsteeperdistally.CONCLUSION:MUNEisafeasiblemethodforALSpatientsbothproximallyanddistallytotrackchangesovertimeinmuscleMUsduringthedisease'sevolution.

  • 简介:AbstractFever and rash illnesses (FRIs) are a series of common diseases with fever and rashes as clinical manifestations, most of which are caused by viral infection. The rashes of FRIs are generally nonspecific; therefore it is difficult to identify FRI-associated viruses solely based on clinical symptoms. To achieve rapid and accurate identification of FRI pathogens, a multiplex one-step real-time reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) assay was developed and evaluated in this study. Primers and probes were selected for the detection of measles virus (MeV), rubella virus (RV), human enterovirus (EV), varicella-zoster virus (VZV), dengue virus (DENV), human parvovirus B19 (B19), Epstein-Barr virus (EBV), and human herpes virus 6 (HHV-6), which cover the most common pathogenic viruses of FRIs. Detection of the eight FRI-associated viruses, which was divided into two groups/tubes, was simultaneously performed under universal optimized reaction conditions in multiplex one-step real-time RT-PCR assay. The multiplex realtime RT-PCR showed high sensitivity and specificity in detecting the eight FRI-associated viruses. The limits of detection (LODs) for the eight viruses were in the range of 47–177 copies/reaction, and no cross reactions for the eight FRI-associated viruses were found in the multiplex assay. In addition, the results of the multiplex real-time RT-PCR assay were consistent with the results of a monoplex real-time RT-PCR assay and sequencing for clinical specimens obtained from FRI patients. With its advantages of high efficiency and rapid and accurate diagnosis, multiplex real-time RT-PCR was very feasible for the early diagnosis of FRI pathogenic viruses and would be of great help for the proper treatment, monitoring, and initiation of preventive measures for FRI cases.

  • 简介:【摘要】目的 分析直肠前突应用PPH(痔上黏膜环切术)联合Block(经直肠直肠前突闭式修补术)治疗的临床效果。方法 从我院收治直肠前突患者中截取2020年2月-2021年3月直肠前突患者64例为研究对象。按照掷硬币法均分为2组,1组为应用经肛门吻合器直肠黏膜切除术治疗的常规组(32例),1组为接受PPH联合Block治疗的实验组(32例);对比两组临床效果。结果 在手术时间、术后1年前突距离方面,实验组同常规组相比均较短;满意度评分方面,实验组同常规组相比较高(P<0.05);术后疼痛评分方面组间差异较小(P>0.05)。结论 直肠前突应用PPH(痔上黏膜环切术)联合Block(经直肠前突闭式修补术)治疗效果确切,可在缩短手术时间的同时改善患者前突距离,提升患者满意度评分。

  • 简介:目的对比观察视可尼视频喉镜和BlockBust喉罩在阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者气管插管中的临床应用。方法拟全麻下行腭咽成形术的阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者60例随机分为视可尼视频喉镜组(S组,n=30)和BlockBust喉罩组(B组,n=30),两组患者均采用七氟醚吸入麻醉诱导,S组置入视可尼视频喉镜行正中入路气管插管;B组置入BlockBust喉罩,并经纤维支气管镜引导下行气管插管。对比观察两组患者的一次插管成功率、总插管成功率、插管成功时间和低氧血症发生率。结果两组一次插管成功率和总插管成功率比较,无显著差异(P〉0.05);S组的插管时间(33.10±7.58s)明显长于B组(24.03±3.54s),差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);S组低氧血症发生率(20%)高于B组(3.33%),差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论BlockBust喉罩及视可尼视频喉镜均可用于阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者气管插管,BlockBust喉罩插管时间更短,低氧血症的发生率更低。
