简介:摘要齿轮箱是风电机组中的关键系统,齿轮箱的润滑是影响齿轮使用寿命及可靠性的关键因素之一,而润滑油中水分是影响润滑油品质的重要因素。本文针对在线测得的某型号风电机齿轮箱中水分的含量,运用统计过程控制(SPC),结合Matlab与Minitab对测得的数据进行正态分析以及过程能力分析,通过两种分析对比,得出油液中水分在半年内处于稳定状态,为风电设备润滑与故障诊断提供理论与实践依据。
