摘要
【摘 要】目的：对心律失常患者进行舒适护理所产生的护理效果。方法：从 2018年 5月— 2020年 5月期间在我院接受治疗的心律失常的患者中挑选出 100例作为研究对象，将 100例患者进行随机分组，每组人数为 50人，分别标注为观察著和对照组。对观察组采用舒适护理的干预治疗方式，对对照组采用传统的护理方式，对干预后的两组患者进行全面的观察，并且对患者的焦躁感和情绪进行评分。具体评分请参考 SAS。结果：通过对观察组患者实行舒适护理后，患者对护士的满意度为 94%（ 47/50），并发症发生率为 6%（ 3/50），对照组患者对护理人员的满意度为 82%（ 41/50），并发症的发生率是 20%（ 10/50）。结论：通过研究结果可以得出结论，那就是舒适护理对心律失常患者能够起到良好的护理效果，提高患者治疗的满意度，因此舒适护理应该在临床中得到应用和推广。

[Abstract] Objective: To study the effect of comfortable nursing on patients with arrhythmia. Methods: from May 2018 to may 2020, 100 patients with arrhythmia who were treated in our hospital were selected as the study objects, and 100 patients were randomly divided into 50 groups, which were labeled as observation group and control group respectively. The observation group was treated with comfortable nursing intervention, and the control group was treated with traditional nursing. The patients in the two groups after intervention were observed comprehensively, and their anxiety and emotion were scored. Please refer to SAS for specific scores. Results: after comfortable nursing, the satisfaction rate of patients to nurses was 94% (47 / 50), the incidence rate of complications was 6% (3 / 50), the satisfaction rate of patients to nurses in the control group was 82% (41 / 50), and the incidence rate of complications was 20% (10 / 50). Conclusion: through the research results, we can draw a conclusion that comfort nursing can play a good role in the care of patients with arrhythmia and improve the satisfaction of patients with treatment, so comfort nursing should be applied and promoted in clinical practice.
