摘要
[摘要 ] 目的 探讨膝关节结核融合外固定术术后采用优质护理模式的临床效果。方法 整群选取临床纳入 68例该院 2017年 1月— 2019年 9月期间收治的膝关节结核患者，患者均行膝关节结核融合外固定术治疗；按照随机数字表法将患者分为两组，其中 34例患者采用传统的常规护理作为对照组，另 34例患者采用优质护理模式护理作为观察组；观察两组患者护理后相关并发症发生率和患者满意度情况。结果 两组患者护理后，病情均有所改善，观察组患者的满意度 97.1%明显高于对照组的 79.4%，观察组骶尾部压疮和针道渗液发生率明显低于对照组，结果差异有统计学意义（ P<0.05）。结论 膝关节结核融合外固定术治疗后采用优质护理模式护理，有效的提高了患者的满意度，提高了临床治疗效果，降低了术后并发症的发生，增强了护理人员的工作积极性，值得临床应用及推广。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical effect of high quality nursing mode after fusion and external fixation of knee tuberculosis. method Group selection clinical included 68 cases of patients with knee tuberculosis treated in our hospital from January 2017 to September 2019, all patients were treated with knee tuberculosis fusion and external fixation; according to the random number table method, the patients were divided into two groups, 34 patients were treated with traditional routine nursing as the control group, and the other 34 patients were treated with high-quality nursing mode as the observation group; the nursing of the two groups was observed The incidence of postoperative related complications and patient satisfaction. Results after nursing, the condition of the two groups were improved. The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 97.1%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (79.4%). The incidence of sacrococcygeal pressure sore and needle passage exudation in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion after the treatment of knee joint tuberculosis fusion and external fixation, high-quality nursing mode can effectively improve the satisfaction of patients, improve the clinical treatment effect, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, and enhance the enthusiasm of nursing staff, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
