摘要 Thisstudyisconcernedwithchitosan-polyacrylicacidcomplexasacarriertoimmobilizeglucoseoxidase(GOD)andcellulase.TheoptimumemperatureoftheimmobilizedGOD(IG)wasdeterminedtobe60℃whichishigherthanthatofthenativeGODabout40℃.Theoptimumtemperatureoftheimmobilizedcellulase(IC)wasdeterminedtobeabout30℃higherthanthatofnativecellulase.BothoftheoptimumpHofIGandICshiftedonepHunittoacid.ImmobilizedenzymemaybeusedinmorewidepHrange.Theirstoragelifearemuchlongercomparedwiththeirnativestates.Bothofthemcanbereusedatleast12times.
