Basedontheproblemthatthegeneratingmethodofrandomarraystructureisinefficient,amethodisproposedtogeneratetherandomtargetarraysbyusingcoaxialcirculararrayinthepolarcoordinatesinthepremisethatthearrayangularresolutionofsourceidentificationisguaranteed.Accordingtotheprincipleofmovingsoundsourceidentification,thisworkdeducesthebasicnon-equidistancecoaxialcircularrings’radius,andgeneratestargetrandomarrayswhichweresuitableformovingsoundsourceidentificationthrougharraypartitioning,conditionfilteringinthepolarcoordinatesandsimulationevaluation.Finally,numericalsimulationandmovingcarsoundsourceidentificationtesthavebeendone.Theanalyticalresultsshowthatusingthismethodtogeneraterandomarrayiseffective.Comparedwiththetraditionalregulararrays,thetargetrandomarrayhasmoreaccuratemovingsoundsourceidentificationperformance.
