Anewcaseofepithelioidhemangioendotheliomaisreportedtohaveoccurredtoa67-year-oldpatientwhoconsultedforrightsidedchestpain.Thework-upshowedmultiplerightpulmonarylesionsassociatedwithbilateralmoderatepleuraleffusionandleft-sidedpleuralthickeningandthreehypodensenodulesintherightlobeoftheliver,peritonealthickening,ascites,andmultiplevertebrallyticlesions.Thediagnosisofanepithelioidhemangioendotheliomawasconcludedthroughahistologicalexaminationofacomputedtomographyscanguidedbiopsyoftheliver.Thepatientreceivedaprimarymono-chemotherapywithAdriamycin(75mg/m~2everythreeweeks)andintravenousbisphosphonateswithoutresponseandgeneralstatusimpairment.Thepatientdiedafter16monthsoffollow-up.
