Apredator-preysystemwithaconstantproportionofpreyrefugeandstage-structureforpreyspeciesisproposedandstudiedinthispaper.Asetofconditionsforthepermanenceofthesystemisobtained.Thelocalstabilityofthesystemisdiscussedbythesignofeigenvalues.Furthermore,byusingtheiterativemethod,somesuitablesufficientconditionsfortheglobalattractivityoftheinteriorequilibriumisobtained.Ourstudyshowsthattheconstantproportionofpreyrefugecouldleadtomorecomplicatedynamicbehaviors.Numericalsimulationsarealsopresentedtoillustratethefeasibilityofthemainresults.
