Theelevatedtemperaturetensileexperimentshavebeencarriedoutonthemagnesiumalloyandresultsindicatethatthemagnesiumalloyhasexcellentsuperplasticproperty.Gleebe-1500testingmachinewasusedinthediffusionbondingexperimentonthesuperplasticmagnesiumalloy.Then,theshearstrengthofthejointsunderdifferentconditionsisobtainedthroughsheartestingandtheoptimumprocessingparametersforthediffusionbondingareachieved.Bymetallurgicalmicroscopeandscanningelectronmicroscope(SEM),itisrevealedthatthemicromechanismofdiffusionbondingistheslideofgrainboundariescausedbythegrowthofgrainsandatomdiffusionofthesuperplasticmagnesiumalloy.
