TheCADSdemofacilityisaimedtobuildaprototypelinacforthelowenergypartofthecontinuouswave(CW)superconductingprotonlinacanddemonstratetechnologyinthissection[1].IntheCADSroadmap,therealizationof25MeV10mAbeamisakeypoint.Thus,basedonthe10MeVCADSInjectorIIatIMP,IMPandIHEPwillbothcontributeacryomoduletoreach25MeVatthesiteofIMP[2].Todumpthebeamfromthelinac,webuildanewhighenergybeamtransportlinewithbendingangleof90°,toavoidback-scatteringgammaandneutronbeamstodamagethelinac.Fig.1showsthelayoutofthe25MeVdemofacility.
