ThepurificationprocessoftotalflavonesofginkgoleavesbyresinHZ-841fromethanolextractwasstudied.First,thetotalflavonewasextractedfromthedefattedpowderofginkgoL.bilobaleaves.Effectsofsolventsandoperationconditionswereexaminedtogetarelativehighyieldandpurityinthisstep.ThecrudeextractwasfurtherpurifiedbyresinHZ-841.Bothadsorptionandelutionprocesswerestudiedtoobtainanoptimizedconditions,i.e.,pH,flowrate,concentration.Ayellowpowderwasobtained,ofwhich37.3%wasflavones,obviouslyhigherthanthebasicinternationalstandardof24%.
