Thephaseandfrequencylockingofmicrowave,millimeterwavepowercombiningwereanalysedandsummarizedinanall-roundway.Themaster/slavephaselockingofcavityoscillators,thepeerphaselockingofmutuallycoupledoscillators,andthepeerphaselockingofring-connectedmultipleoscillatorswereinvestigated.Theresultsofnumericalcalculations,andtherelationsofphasetophaselockingmodelandoscillatorparametersweregiven.Andthecavityandspacepowercombiningaspectsformicrowaveandmillimeterwavewerepresented.
