简介：乳房外Paget病（EMPD）是一种罕见的，发生于乳房外的一种表皮内存在Paget细胞的湿疹样癌。可发生于外阴、阴囊、腹股沟、阴茎、肛周等大汗腺丰富的部位，常常与表皮内肿瘤和内脏肿瘤有关，由于表现多种多样易出现误诊。在病理上应与Bowen病，浅表型恶性黑色素瘤区别，发生于外阴的乳房外Paget病在临床上更易误诊为湿疹，脂溢性皮炎。本文介绍了2例被误诊的Paget病，同时复习了国内外有关本病的一些诊断和治疗方面的进展。

简介：Rowell综合征（RS）是红斑狼疮（LE）的一种罕见表现，伴发多形红斑样皮损，血清中抗核抗体、抗La（SS-B）／抗Ro（SS-A）抗体、类风湿因子（RF）阳性。以往文献中有作者认为此综合征是皮肤红斑狼疮的一种特殊变异。作者报道1例64岁女性LE患者和1例51岁女性LE和Sjogren综合征（SS）患者，均伴发多形红斑样皮损，并对红斑狼疮与多形红斑并存的情况进行了讨论。

简介：高免疫球蛋白E综合征（HIES）是一种罕见的免疫缺陷性疾病，表现为血清IgE水平升高、皮肤湿疹、反复皮肤感染和特征性的肌肉骨骼表现。作者报道2例在本院就诊的患者并回顾当前文献。患者1是一18个月大的非裔美国男孩，伴有复发性葡萄球菌冷脓肿、肺炎和菌血症。该患者皮肤严重湿疹化，最终并发疱疹性湿疹。在选用敏感抗生素环孢素A（5mg／kg）短期治疗全身性感染后，皮炎改善，随后改为长期口服甲氧苄啶一磺胺甲恶唑。患者2是一15岁高加索男孩，长期患有HIES。该患者从3岁开始即维持每周3次注射1干扰素和每月静脉注射免疫球蛋白，并预防性应用抗生素和小剂量氟康唑。

简介：目的探讨细胞因子IL-2和IL-10在早期梅毒发病中的作用。方法采用ABC-ELISA技术检测48例早期梅毒患者血清IL-2和IL-10水平。结果(1)早期梅毒患者血清IL-2水平明显高于正常对照组,IL-10水平明显低于正常对照组(P值均<0.001)。(2)一期梅毒患者血清IL-2和IL-10水平与二期梅毒无明显差异(P值均>0.05),不同RPR滴度间IL-2和IL-10水平无明显差异(P值均>0.05)。(3)治疗后IL-2水平明显下降(P<0.05),IL-10水平上升不明显(P>0.05)。(4)IL-2和IL-10之间呈正相关(r=0.5385,P<0.05)。结论早期梅毒出现Thl上调,在抵御TP感染过程中发挥积极作用。
