简介:【摘要】随着城市轨道交通不断发展,为更好的为市民出行服务,新线建设过程中将增加与既有线路换乘站,换乘站具有便捷性、快速性。本工程实例属于城市轨道交通4条线路换乘站建设过程中的末端牵引混合变电所腾挪改造,需将原线路变电所整体腾挪,为新线建设提供施工空间。本工程改造过程中,持续辨识施工风险、分析难点,不断优化技术方案、施工组织流程,最大限度降低施工改造对安全运营的影响。整个施工期间,线路牵引、动力系统不停电,通过技术创新、流程优化,在满足运营可靠性同时,保障了施工安全、施工工期,属于首例城市轨道交通行业末端牵引混合变电所不停运改造,具有重要参考价值。
