简介：摘要孕妇27岁，孕1产0，因原发不孕行试管婴儿术，孕19周来我院做产科超声检查，使用GEVOLUSONE8彩色多普勒超声诊断仪，探头C5-1，频率3～5MHz，超声所见宫腔内探及胎儿回声，胎儿头颅光环完整，BPD（双顶径）4.5cm，FL（股骨）3.0cm，颜面部扫查所见双眼结构未见明显异常，眼距正常，鼻骨存在，长4mm，胎儿上唇正中连续性中断，范围0.3cm，心脏位于胸腔内，四腔结构存在，心轴未见明显异常，膈肌连续完整，胎儿腹壁正中可见缺损，范围约0.7cm，可见一不规则实性包块突出于腹腔外，范围4.1×2.6cm，其内可见胃泡、肝脏、肠管回声，周围可见羊膜包绕，脐带可显示长度仅11cm左右，见与胎盘以一直线型相连，未见螺旋状结构，脊柱形态异常，腰椎水平可见脊椎排列紊乱，局部成角弯曲，CDFI可见脐带腹壁入口位于实性团块旁，只见一条脐动脉与一条脐静脉。

简介：摘要宫外孕是指孕卵在子宫腔以外着床发育者，也称异位妊娠，其中以输卵管妊娠最为多见，约占95%以上。输卵管妊娠是妇产科常见急腹症之一，当输卵管妊娠流产或破裂时，可引起腹腔内大量出血导致出血性休克，如不及时诊断处理可危及生命，由于它发病急，病情重，和内、外科某些疾病相似，容易误诊。因此，及时的诊断，正确的治疗，配合有效的抢救和护理，才能使病者转危为安。

简介：Autoantibodiesagainsttheα1-adrenoceptorwhichhadagonistactivityasnorepinephrinemightplayrolesintheprogressionofhypertension,butwhethertheautoantibodiescouldinducevascularremodelingasnorepinephrineisnotclear.Inthispaper,themodelswithantibodiesagainsttheα1-adrenoceptorweremadebyimmunizingWistarratswiththesynthesizedthesecondextracellularloopofα1-adrenoceptorpeptides.Thehomo-agemaleWistarratsreceivedBSAinthesameimmunizingmannerandmalespontaneoushypertensiverats(SHR)wereusedascontrol.Alltheratswereraisedforoneyear.Thebloodpressureandmorphologicalchangesofarteriesweremeasured.Intheend,despitethesystolicbloodpressureofimmunizedratshadnodifferencewithnormalcontrol,themediathicknessofaortasandratioofmediatolumeninthethird-orderarteriesofmesentericvasculaturewereincreasedinimmunizedrats.Theobservationwithelectronmicroscopeshowedthatthemitochondriaofvascularsmoothmusclecells(VSMCs)hadnotablehyperplasia,andtheinterstitialcollagenfibrilwasincreasedtoo.Theeffectsofpurifiedantibodiesagainstα1-adrenoceptorontheproliferationofculturedVSMCs,andtheexpressionsofc-jun,c-fosandα1-adrenoceptorweredetected.TheresultsshowedthattheantibodiescouldpromotetheproliferationofculturedVSMCs,andenhancetheexpressionofc-junbothinvitroandinvivo.Soweconcludedthatantibodiesagainsttheα1-adrenoceptorcouldcontributetovasculardamagesinratsbystimulatingthegrowthofVSMCswhichmightbecausedbytheincreasedc-junexpression,andmightplayparticularrolesinthepathologicalchangesofhypertension.
