简介:目的观察犬脑栓塞前后血浆尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活剂(urokinase-typeplasminogenactivator,u-PA)和尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活剂受体(urokinase-typeplasminogenactivatorreceptor,u-PAR)的变化。方法自体动脉血凝固制备栓子,使用介入方法建立犬脑栓塞模型。观察栓塞前和栓塞后2h、3h血浆u-PA和u-PAR的变化。结果栓塞前和栓塞后2h、3h血浆u-PA和u-PAR水平差异无统计学意义.P〉0.05。结论犬脑栓塞前和栓塞后3小时内血浆u-PA和u-PAR变化不明显。

简介:摘要 目的:创立一种高通量原位杂交技术以提高检测效率和减少试剂用量,以解决当前原位杂交技术临床应用费用高通量低的痛点。方法:将待检组织细胞样品制备成薄膜载片放入微孔板中,在定制的微孔板杂交仪中完成杂交反应。结果:通过对乳腺癌和肺癌 HER2基因的检测证实了该方法经济高效结果可靠。结论:采用薄膜载片微孔板检测系统进行高通量原位杂交可以将12个载玻片的杂交仪的检测通量提高至192个,同时单个样本节省80%的试剂用量。
简介:探讨用等离子体喷涂方法制备降低较高强度材料与U-Nb合金之间的摩擦性能的减磨层的可行性以及这些减磨层的摩擦特性。选用Sn为软涂层,ZrO2为硬涂层。采用SulzerMETCO9M等离子体喷涂机制备了Sn单层、ZrO2单层、Sn/ZrO2双层、Sn+ZrO2混合层等4种涂层。利用CSEM型销盘型摩擦磨损试验机分析了半径为3mm的U-Nb合金对偶销在涂层上滑动时的干摩擦特性,滑动速度分别为0.42,6.4,26.16cm/s。涂层为典型的等离子体喷涂涂层形貌。表面为Sn的涂层颗粒熔合状况和致密性比ZrO2单层好,其粗糙度低,Sn+ZrO2混合涂层表面形貌与ZrO2单层相近。Sn和ZrO2分别以bcc结构的Sn和四方结构ZrO2结构存在。
