Anovelatmosphericplasmadevicedevelopedinthispaper,whichismoreeffectiveandconvenienttostudytheplasma-initiatedpolymerization(PIP)thanconventionalsetup.Thestructureandmechanismofthedeviceisintroduced.Someplasma-initiatedpolymerizationexperimentsarecarriedoutonthedevice,andtheconversionofAA(Acrylicacid)andAM(Acrylamide)atmospheric(N2)plasmapolymerizationarerespectively89%and94%after120hpostpolymerization,wherebyIRspectraoftheproduct(AA,AM).OurPIPresultareconfirmed.
