简介：【摘要】目的：对阴道炎患者采用乳酸杆菌活菌制剂进行治疗分析安全性。方法：从我院妇科门诊选取2018年1月到2018年12月就诊的60例患者，对照组阴道炎患者采用双唑泰栓（国药准字H34021088）进行治疗，观察组患者给予乳酸杆菌活菌制剂（国药准字S20030005）进行治疗。随后进行阴道相关指标的比较，主要包含阴道健康评分、阴道炎症评分、脱落细胞成熟度。结果：观察组阴道炎患者的治疗有效率为93.33％，观察组效果优（P＜0.05）。通过对两组患者进行治疗相关指标的比较，观察组相关评分分别为16.35±2.35、 2.39±0.24、 72.35±10.23，观察组效果较优（P＜0.05）。结论：采用乳酸杆菌活菌制剂进行治疗，能够有效改善阴道炎患者的不良情况。

简介：　　【摘 要】目的：本文分析依那普利 +倍他乐克联合应用在原发性高血压合并冠心病治疗中所取得的临床效果。方法：选取 2016年 9月～ 2018年 9月我院收治的原发性高血压合并冠心病中盲选 60例纳入本次研究之中，常规组 30例接受硝苯地平缓释片 +消心痛治疗，治疗组 30例患者接受依那普利 +倍他乐克联合治疗，对常规组和治疗组患者治疗效果展开分析。结果：治疗组在本次研究之中患者治疗有效率明显优于常规组，收缩压、舒张压明显优于常规组，不良反应发生率明显优于常规组，组间结果对比存有明显差异（ P<0.05）。结论：原发性高血压合并冠心病的患者接受治疗时应用依那普利 +倍他乐克联合治疗，可有助于患者改善舒张压和收缩压，且联合用药安全性高，值得推广。  　　【关键词】高血压 ;依那普利 ;冠心病 ;倍他乐克 ;硝苯地平缓释片  [Abstract] Objective: to analyze the clinical effect of enalapril plus Betaloc in the treatment of essential hypertension with coronary heart disease. Methods: from September 2016 to September 2018, 60 cases of primary hypertension combined with coronary heart disease were selected and included in this study. 30 cases in the conventional group were treated with nifedipine sustained-release tablets + Xiaoxintong, and 30 cases in the treatment group were treated with enalapril + Betaloc. The therapeutic effects of the conventional group and the treatment group were analyzed. Results: in this study, the effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the conventional group, the systolic and diastolic pressures were significantly better than that in the conventional group, and the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly higher than that in the conventional group. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the combination of enalapril and Betaloc can improve the diastolic and systolic blood pressure of patients with essential hypertension and coronary heart disease, and the combination is safe and worthy of promotion.
