  • 简介:Toanalyzetheinfluenceof±400kVQinghai-TibetHVDCtransmissionsystemontransmissionlineprotectionsinQinghaiACpowersystem,aclosed-loopsimulationsystemwasconstructedbycombingHyperSimsystemwithHVDCcontrolprotectiondevices.Variousfaultsondouble-circuit750kVandmulticircuit330kVACtransmissionlinesinQinghaipowersystemweresimulated.TheimpedancecharacteristicsandharmoniccomponentsatQinghaisideofQing-TibetDCtransmissionlinewereanalyzed.TheharmonicproportioninvoltagesandcurrentswerestudiedforfaultsthattookplaceatdifferentlocationsneartheDCsystem.TheinflenceofQing-TibetDCsystemonthedirectionalcomponentsofprotections,differentialprotectionsanddistanceprotectionsofACtransmissionlineswasdiscussedanddrewtheconclusionsthattheDCsytemhadlittleinfluenceondifferentialprotections,whilehadgreatinflenceondirectionalcomponentsanddistanceprotection.TheconclusionscanprovidereferenceforstudyingtheinteractionbetweenACandDCsystems.

  • 简介:ForthereliabilityandpowerconsumptionissuesofEthernetdatatransmissionbasedonthefieldprogrammablegatearray(FPGA),alow-powerconsumptiondesignmethodisproposed,whichissuitableforFPGAimplementation.Toreducethedynamicpowerconsumptionofintegratedcircuit(IC)design,theproposedmethodadoptsthedynamiccontroloftheclockfrequency.Formostofthetime,whentheportisintheidlestateorlower-ratestate,userscanreduceoreventurnoffthereadingclockfrequencyandreducetheclockflipfrequencyinordertoreducethedynamicpowerconsumption.Whenthereceivingrateishigh,thereadingclockfrequencywillbeimprovedtimelytoensurethatnodatawilllost.SimulatedandverifiedbyModelsim,theproposedmethodcandynamicallycontroltheclockfrequency,includingthedynamicswitchingofhigh-speedandlow-speedclockfliprates,orstopoftheclockflip.

  • 简介:AIM:Toinvestigateandcomparethecytopathologicalandclinicaleffectsofamnioticmembranetransplantation(AMT)andoralmucosalmembranetransplantation(OMMT)insocketcontraction.METHODS:Twelvepatientswhocouldnotbefittedwithocularprosthesisduetosocketcontracturewereincludedinthisstudy.SevenpatientsunderwentAMTand5patientsunderwentOMMT.Thirteenpatientswhohadhealthysocketswereincludedascontrolgroup.Depthofinferiorfornix,degreeofinflammation,extentofthesocketcontractureandsocketvolumeweremeasuredinthepreoperativeperiodandatsixthandtwelfthweekspostoperatively.Impressioncytologyofconjunctivalfornicesandteartransforminggrowthfactorbeta-1(TGFβ1)levelsweredetermined.RESULTS:IntheAMTgroup,socketvolumeandlowerfornixdepthvaluesweresignificantlyhigher(P=0.030andP=0.004respectively)andinflammationlevelsandimpressioncytologystages(P=0.037andP=0.022respectively)weresignificantlylowerinpostoperativeperiodcomparedtopreoperativeperiod.IntheOMMTgroup,nostatisticaldifferenceswerefoundintermsofclinicalparameters,inflammationlevelsandimpressioncytologystagesofpreoperativeversuspostoperativevalues.PreoperativetearTGFβ1levelswerehigherinAMTandOMMTgroupscomparedtothecontrolgroup(25.5ng/mL,26.3ng/mLand21.7ng/mLrespectively).DecreasedtearTGFβ1levelswereobservedinboththeAMTandOMMTgroupspostoperatively(mediandecreasevalue=2.1ng/mLand2.7ng/mLrespectively).CONCLUSION:AMTisassociatedwithpostoperativeimprovementininferiorfornixdepth,socketvolume,inflammationandimpressioncytologylevelsandmaybeamoreproperalternativemethodthanOMMTinthemanagementofsocketcontracture.

  • 简介:AIM:JS-38(mitothiolore),asyntheticversionofametaboliteisolatedfromXenorhabdussp.,wasevaluatedforitsanti-tumorandwhitebloodcell(WBC)elevatingactivities.METHOD:Theseanti-proliferativeactivitieswereassessedinvitrousingapaneloftencelllines.Theanti-tumoractivitiesweretestedinvivousingB16allograftmousemodelsandxenograftmodelsofA549humanlungcarcinomaandQGYhumanhepatomainnudemice.Theanti-tumorinteractionsofJS-38andcyclophosphamide(CTX)or5-fluorouracil(5-Fu)werestudiedinaS180sarcomamodelinICRmice.SpecificstimulatoryeffectsweredeterminedonperipheralneutrophilsinnormalandCTX-and5-Fu-inducedneutropenicmice.RESULTS:TheIC50valuesrangedfrom0.1to2.0μmol·L-1.JS-38(1μmol·L-1)causedanincreaseinA549tumorcellapoptosis.Multi-dailygavageofJS-38(15,30,and60mg?kg-1?d-1)inhibitedinvivotumorprogressionwithoutasignificanteffectonbodyweight.JS-38additivelyenhancedtheinvivoanti-tumoreffectsofCTXor5-Fu.JS-38increasedperipheralneutrophilcountsandneutrophilratesinnormalBALB/cmicealmostaseffectivelyasgranulocytecolony-stimulatingfactor(G-CSF).InmicewithneutropeniainducedbyCTXor5-Fu,JS-38rapidlyrestoredneutrophilcounts.CONCLUSION:TheseresultssuggestthatJS-38hasanti-tumoractivity,andalsohastheabilitytoincreaseperipheralbloodneutrophils.
