  • 简介:Toinvestigatetherelationshipbetweensurfaceelectromyographyandsubjectiveassessmentofmusclefatigue,20youngmalevolunteersparticipatedintheexperimentofpistolholdingandaiming.sEMGoftheanteriordeltoidwasrecordedduringtheentireprocess,whilefatigueassessments(Borgscale)werecollectedevery30s.Wedividedthesignalintoseveralpartsandthenoctavebandmethodwasusedtocalculatemeanenergyofeachpart,anequationwasderivedbasedontherelationshipbetweenthemeanenergyofsEMGandBorgscale.Theresultsshowedthatthedegreeoflocalmusclefatiguecouldbedescribedbyacubiccurve,andcouldbeusedtoevaluateandmonitormusclefatigue.

  • 简介:Toimprovetheaccuracyofnowcasting,anewextrapolationtechniquecalledparticlefilterblendingwasconfiguredinthisstudyandappliedtoexperimentalnowcasting.Radarechoextrapolationwasperformedbyusingtheradarmosaicatanaltitudeof2.5kmobtainedfromtheradarimagesof12S-bandradarsinGuangdongProvince,China.Thefirstbilateralfilterwasappliedinthequalitycontroloftheradardata;anopticalflowmethodbasedontheLucas–KanadealgorithmandtheHarriscornerdetectionalgorithmwereusedtotrackradarechoesandretrievetheechomotionvectors;then,themotionvectorswereblendedwiththeparticlefilterblendingalgorithmtoestimatetheoptimalmotionvectorofthetrueechomotions;finally,semi-Lagrangianextrapolationwasusedforradarechoextrapolationbasedontheobtainedmotionvectorfield.Acomparativestudyoftheextrapolatedforecastsoffourprecipitationeventsin2016inGuangdongwasconducted.Theresultsindicatethattheparticlefilterblendingalgorithmcouldrealisticallyreproducethespatialpattern,echointensity,andecholocationat30-and60-minforecastleadtimes.Theforecastsagreedwellwithobservations,andtheresultswereofoperationalsignificance.Quantitativeevaluationoftheforecastsindicatesthattheparticlefilterblendingalgorithmperformedbetterthanthecross-correlationmethodandtheopticalflowmethod.Therefore,theparticlefilterblendingmethodisprovedtobesuperiortothetraditionalforecastingmethodsanditcanbeusedtoenhancetheabilityofnowcastinginoperationalweatherforecasts.

  • 简介:Inthepalletpoolsystem,thedifferentiationofpalletizedfreightvolumesindifferentregionsandseasonaltransportofcertaingoodsleadtotheimbalanceofpalletsdistributionamongregions.Itisnecessarytoimprovetheutilizationofpalletsthroughdispatching.Thepaperanalyzesthefactorswhichaffectemptypalletsdispatching,itincludescarbonemission,transportationtimeandpallettypebasedonthepalletpoolmodeofenterprisealliance.Onthisbasis,theoptimizationmodelisestablishedwiththegoalofminimumtotaldispatchingcost.Then,accordingtothedifferentinfluencesofrailwayandhighwayintransportationcost,thedispatchingschemeisanalyzedandthetransportationmodeofemptypalletsdispatchingisdetermined.Consideringthecharacteristicsofmodel,Cplexisusedtosolveit.Finally,acaseisusedtoverifythefeasibilityandsuperiorityofreasonableemptypalletsdispatchingindifferenttransportationmodes,andthetransportcharacteristicsoftwotransportationmodesareanalyzed.Moreover,thecostsofpalletsleasinganddispatchingarecompared.

  • 简介:Asignalwaveformrecoverymethodbasedonthecoprimearrayisinvestigatedtoextractthewaveformofthedesiredsignalfromspatialinterferencesinnarrowbandscenarios.Thedirectionofarrivals(DOAs)ofthedesiredsignalandinterferencesignalsareestimatedwiththecompressivesensingapproachbasedonanglegrids,andthesignalpowertogetherwiththenoisepowerareestimated.Thereafter,amodifiedsteepestdescent(SD)methodisderivedtorecoverthewaveformofthedesiredsignalandinterferencesutilizingtheestimatedpoweranddirections.Therecoveredwaveformofthedesiredsignalistheoutputoftheproposedmethod.Thesituationinwhichthesignalsarenotonthepredefinedanglegridsisalsoconsidered.TheDOAsestimatedpredefinedanglegridsisalsoconsidered.TheDOAsestimatedlikelihood(ML)angleestimation.Comparedtotheexistingbeamformingmethodsonco-primearray,theproposedmethodcanobtainthewaveformofthedesiredsignal.Simulationresultsdemonstratethattheproposedmethodcanachievegoodperformanceinsignalwaveformrecoveryandoutputsignaltonoiseratio.

  • 简介:Identificationofhigh-yieldingstablepromisingricelinesanddeterminationofsuitableareasforricelineswouldbedonebyadditivemaineffectsandmultiplicativeinteraction(AMMI)model.SevenpromisingricegenotypesplustwocheckvarietiesShiroudiand843wereanalyzedusingarandomizedcompleteblockdesignwiththreereplicationsinthreeconsecutiveyears(2012,2013and2014).Homogenouserrorvariancewasindicatedinthenineenvironmentsforgrainyield.Thecombinedanalysisofvarianceindicatedsignificanteffectsofenvironment,genotypeandgenotype×environment(GE)interactionsongrainyield.ThesignificanteffectofGEinteractionreflectedonthedifferentialresponseofgenotypesinvariousenvironmentsanddemonstratedthatGEinteractionhadremarkableeffectongenotypicperformanceindifferentenvironments.TheapplicationofAMMImodelforpartitioningtheGEinteractioneffectsshowedthatonlythefirsttwotermsofAMMIweresignificantbasedonGollob'sF-test.ThelowestAMMI-1wasobservedforG7,G2andG6.G7andG6hadhighergrainyield.Accordingtothefirsteigenvalue,whichbenefitsonlythefirstinteractionprincipalcomponentscores,G1,G6,G2andG9werethemoststablegenotypes.Thevaluesofthesumoffirsttwointeractionprincipalcomponentscorescouldbeusefulinidentifyinggenotypestability,andG6,G5andG2werethemostdynamicstablegenotypes.AMMIstabilityvalueintroducedG6asthemoststableone.AccordingtoAMMIbiplotview,G6washighyieldingandhighlystablegenotype.Inconclusion,thisstudyrevealedthatGEinteractionswereanimportantsourceofriceyieldvariation,anditsAMMIbiplotswereforcefulforvisualizingtheresponseofgenotypestoenvironments.

  • 简介:AstragaliRadix(AR)isoneofthemostpopularherbalmedicinesintraditionalChinesemedicine(TCM).WildARisbelievedtobeofhighquality,andsubstitutionwithcultivatedARisfrequentlyencounteredinthemarket.Inthepresentstudy,twotypesofARs(wildandcultivated)fromAstragalusmembranaceus(Fisch.)Bge.andA.membranaceusvar.mongholicus(Bge.)Hsiao,growingindifferentregionsofChina,wereanalyzedbyNMRprofilingcoupledwithmultivariateanalysis.Resultsshowedthatbothcouldbedifferentiatedsuccessfullyandcultivationpatternsorgrowingyearsmighthavegreaterimpactonthemetabolitecompositionsthanthevariety;themetabolitesresponsiblefortheseparationwereidentified.Inaddition,threeextractionmethodswerecomparedandthemethod(M1)wasusedforfurtheranalysis.InM1,theextractionsolventcomposedofwater,methanol,andchloroformintheratioof1:1:2wasusedtoobtaintheaqueousmethanol(upperlayer)andchloroform(lowerlayer)fractions,respectively,showingthebestseparation.Thedifferentialmetabolitesamongdifferentmethodswerealsorevealed.Moreover,thesucrose/glucoseratiocouldbeusedasasimpleindextodifferentiatewildandcultivatedAR.Meanwhile,thechangesofcorrelationpatternamongthedifferentialmetabolitesofthetwovarietieswerefound.TheworkdemonstratedthatNMR-basednon-targetedprofilingapproach,combinedwithmultivariatestatisticalanalysis,canbeusedasapowerfultoolfordifferentiatingARofdifferentcultivationtypesorgrowingyears.

  • 简介:Anultrasensitivemetamaterialsensorbasedondouble-slotverticalsplitringresonators(DVSRRs)isdesignedandnumericallycalculatedintheterahertzfrequency.ThisDVSRRdesignproducesafundamentLCresonancewithaqualityfactorofabout20whentheincidencemagneticfieldcomponentnormaltotheDVSRRarray.TheresonantcharacteristicsandsensingperformanceoftheDVSRRarraydesignaresystematicallyanalyzedemployingacontrastmethodamongthreesimilarverticalsplitringresonator(SRRs)structures.Theresearchresultsshowthattheeliminationofbianisotropy,inducedbythestructuralsymmetryoftheDVSRRdesign,helpstoachieveLCresonanceofahighqualityfactor.LiftingtheSRRsupfromthesubstratesharplyreducesthedielectriclossintroducedbythesubstrate.AllthesefactorsjointlyresultinsuperiorsensitivityoftheDVSRRtotheattributesofanalytes.Themaximumrefractiveindexsensitivityis788GHz/RIUor1.04×10~5nm∕RIU.Also,theDVSRRsensormaintainsitssuperiorsensingperformanceforfabricationtolerancerangingfrom-4%to4%andwiderangeincidenceanglesupto50°underbothTEandTMilluminations.

  • 简介:Background:Capturingtheresponseofforestecosystemstointer-annualclimatevariabilityisagreatchallenge.Inthisstudy,wetestedthecapabilityofanindividual-basedforestgapmodeltodisplaycarbonfluxesatyearlyanddailytimescales.Theforestmodelwasappliedtoaspruceforesttosimulatethegrossprimaryproduction(GPP),respirationandnetecosystemexchange(NEE).Weanalyzedhowthevariabilityinclimateaffectedsimulatedcarbonfluxesatthescaleoftheforestmodel.Results:Sixyearsweresimulatedatadailytimescaleandcomparedtotheobservededdycovariance(EC)data.Ingeneral,theseasonalcycleoftheindividualcarbonfluxeswascorrectlydescribedbytheforestmodel.However,theestimatedGPPdifferedfromtheobserveddataonthedaysofextremeclimaticconditions.Twonewparameterizationsweredeveloped:oneresultingfromanumericalcalibration,andtheotherresultingfromafilteringmethod.Wesuggestnewparametervaluesandevenanewfunctionforthetemperaturelimitationofphotosynthesis.Conclusions:Theforestmodelreproducedtheobservedcarbonfluxesofaforestecosystemquitewel.Ofthethreeparameterizations,thecalibratedmodelversionperformedbest.However,thefilteringapproachshowedthatcalibratedparametervaluesdonotnecessarilycorrectlydisplaytheindividualfunctionalrelations.TheconceptofsimulatingforestdynamicsattheindividualbaseisavaluabletoolforsimulatingtheNEE,GPPandrespirationofforestecosystems.
