简介:TheannealingbehaviorofAgnanoparticlesinsilicawithandwithoutdefectswasinvestigatedinthisstudy.SilicasampleswithandwithoutArionpre-irradiationwereimplantedwithAgionsandthenannealedattemperaturefrom300to850℃.UV-VISspectroscopyandTEMwereusedtocharacterizetheopticalabsorbancepropertyandsizedistributionofAgnanoparticles,respectively.OpticalabsorbanceresultsshowthattheabsorbanceintensityofSPR(SurfacePlasmonResonance,SPR)peakfromAgnanoparticlesinthesamplewithpre-irradiationisstrongerthaninthesamplewithoutpre-irradiation,whichindicatesthatthedefectsproducedbypre-irradiationpromptthenucleationofAgnanoparticles.Duringannealing,theSPRpeakshiftstoshortwavelengthdirection,asshowninFig.1.
简介:Solidstatenanoporesornanochannelspreparedinpolymer[1;2]andsemiconductorfilms[3]haveshowninterestingtransportphenomena,becauseoftheirdiametersatthenanoscaleandpositiveornegativechargesontheirwalls.Grapheneisanidealmaterialfordevelopingsolidstatenanoporesnotonlyduetoitsatomicscalethickness,highmechanicalstrengthandchemicalstabilitiesbutalsobecauseoftheimpermeabilityofthepristinesinglelayergraphenetoallatomsandmoleculesexceptprotons[4].AsthesingleGraphene/PET(G/PET)nanoporeistheelementarybuildingblockfornanoporousmembrane,theunderstandingandcontrolofitsindividualionictransportpropertiesarealsocrucialinproteinseparation,waterdesalination,andbio-moleculedetectionusingarraysofidenticalnanopores.Here,thesingleG/PETnanoporewassuccessfullypreparedbyusingionirradiationtechnologyandasymmetricetchingmethod[5]andthecorrespondingionictransportpropertieswereinvestigatedindetail.
简介:摘要目的探讨西妥昔单抗联合FOLFOX4与单用FOLFOX4方案治疗晚期结肠癌临床疗效。方法选取我院于2015年5月-2016年5月间收治的的晚期结肠癌患者80例。采用随机数字表法分为联合用药组及常规组各40例,给予常规组患者单用FOLFOX4方案治疗,在常规组用药的基础上给予联合用药组患者西妥昔单抗治疗,观察比较两组患者疗效,统计两组患者毒副反应情况。结果联合用药组疗效总有效率为65.00%,明显高于常规组的47.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者毒副反应有皮疹、恶心、呕吐、腹泻、神经损害等。联合用药组、常规组患者毒副反应差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),结论采用西妥昔单抗联合FOLFOX4方案治疗晚期结肠癌具有更为明显的疗效,且不会增加毒副反应,可进一步推广。
简介:目的:探讨人附睾蛋白4(HE4)联合糖链抗原72-4(CA72-4)、糖链抗原19-9(CA19-9)血清糖类抗原检测对卵巢癌(OC)患者的临床价值。方法:随机选取妇科就诊的57例OC患者及80例卵巢良性疾病患者为研究对象,另外设置80例健康对照组。所有研究对象均抽取静脉血4mL作为血液标本,经离心分离血清后参照试剂盒说明书进行HE4、CA72-4以及CA19-9水平检测,比较各组间检测结果并分析。结果:OC组患者HE4、CA72-4以及CA19-9血清浓度和阳性率分别为(102.1±14.6pmol/L,77.19%)、(43.1±15.9U/mL,47.37%)及(132.1±53.7U/mL,49.12%)均显著高于卵巢良性疾病组(56.7±9.3pmol/L,6.25%)、(10.3±5.8U/mL,15.00%)及(15.4±9.7U/mL,21.25%),健康对照组(37.1±8.4pmol/L,2.50%)、(9.4±3.2U/mL,3.75%)及(13.1±4.5U/mL,6.25%),P〈0.05;OC组3项指标联合检测的敏感度(84.21%)显著高于各单项指标(77.19%、47.37%、49.12%),P〈0.05。结论:HE4、CA72-4以及CA19-9血清浓度均与OC的发生有关,具有一定临床诊断价值,3项指标联合检测的敏感度更高,具有很好的临床价值。
简介:AIM:ToexplorethemolecularmechanismsinlensdevelopmentandthepathogenesisofPetersanomalyinSmad4defectivemice.METHODS:Le-CretransgenicmouselinewasemployedtoinactivateSmad4inthesurfaceectodermselectively.PathologicaltechniqueswereusedtorevealthemorphologicalchangesoftheanteriorsegmentinSmad4defectiveeye.ImmunohistochemicalstainingwasemployedtoobservetheexpressionofE-cadherin,Ncadherinanda-SMAinanteriorsegmentofSmad4defectivemiceandcontrolmiceatembryonic(E)day16.5.Real-timequantitativepolymerasechainreaction(qPCR)wasperformedtodetecttheexpressionofSnail,Zeb1,Zeb2andTwist2inlensofSmad4defectivemiceandcontrolmiceatE16.5.RESULTS:ConditionaldeletionofSmad4oneyesurfaceectodermresultedincorneaidysplasia,iridocornealangleclosure,corneolenticularadhesionsandcataractresemblingPetersanomaly.LossofSmad4functioninhibitedE-cadherinexpressioninthelensepitheliumcellsandcorneaiepitheliumcellsinSmad4defectiveeye.ExpressionofN-cadherinwasupregulatedincorneaiepitheliumandcorneaistroma.BothE-cadherinandN-cadherinweredown-regulatedatthefuturetrabecularmeshworkregioninmutanteye.TheqPCRresultsshowedthattheexpressionofTwist2wasincreasedsignificantlyinthemutantlens(P<0.01).CONCLUSION:Smad4isessentialtoeyedevelopmentandlikelyacandidatepathogenicgenetoPetersanomalybyregulatingepithelial-mesenchymaltransition.Twist2canberegulatedbySmad4andplaysanessentialroleinlensdevelopment.
