简介:摘要:综合实践活动是以培养学生综合素质为导向的实践性课程,在落实立德树人中有着重要作用。樟树小学作为一所学生来源多元化的外来民工子弟学校,由于家长文化程度不高,又忙于工作,疏于对孩子文明行为习惯的培养,由此,学校作为学生学习和生活的重要场所,更需承担起力所能及的责任。而职业体验类综合实践活动通过学生在实际工作岗位上或模拟情境中见习、实习,体认职业角色,让学生获得对职业生活的真切理解,这种与传统教学不同的学习体验,有助于学生把握深度学习之道,促使学生养成良好的文明习惯,做一个不忘原乡,融入新乡的新宁波人。
