简介:摘要:九年一贯制教师“进阶式”培养模式注重高度引领,科学规划,研训一体,力求破解问题,积极推进教师队伍建设,满足教师多样化、个性化的需求,通过 “适应性”、“蓄能期”、“破土期”、“绽放期”进行教师分层培养,形成“进阶式”教师梯队培养模式。“适应性”培养实现了全员性、基础性和校本化的教师队伍发展;“蓄能期”培养促进了青年教师的教学技能和教学特色储备;“破土期”培养促进了有风格、会合作的教师团队建设,“绽放期”培养实现了名优教师课程领导力的发展。促进了我校教学质量大跨越大提升,培育各级名优骨干教师20多人,培养各类种子教师40余人,在教师梯队模式多轮驱动下,促成了青年、骨干、名优教师的合作共赢,构建成教师能力提升机制,搭建起教师成长平台,为九年一贯制学校教师梯队建设提供蓝本。
