简介:摘要目的对小儿腹泻患儿采用思密达联合金双歧治疗,对其临床治疗效果进行分析。方法自我院2013年4月~2014年4月儿科收治的小儿腹泻患儿中选取72例为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,两组患儿各36例,均给予常规治疗,并给予口服思密达,观察组在此基础上联合金双歧进行治疗,对两组患儿临床治疗效果进行对比。结果观察组患儿临床治疗有效率和对照组患儿临床治疗有效率分别为94.4%和75.0%,观察组患儿临床治疗有效率高于对照组,数据对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿治疗后止泻时间、退热时间、腹痛消失时间及大便常规正常时间均优于对照组,数据对比有明显差异(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论在对小儿腹泻患儿实施治疗的过程中,思密达联合金双歧的应用能够提高临床治疗效果,缩短治疗时间,使患儿尽快恢复健康,具有显著效果。

简介:Basedontheproblemthatthegeneratingmethodofrandomarraystructureisinefficient,amethodisproposedtogeneratetherandomtargetarraysbyusingcoaxialcirculararrayinthepolarcoordinatesinthepremisethatthearrayangularresolutionofsourceidentificationisguaranteed.Accordingtotheprincipleofmovingsoundsourceidentification,thisworkdeducesthebasicnon-equidistancecoaxialcircularrings’radius,andgeneratestargetrandomarrayswhichweresuitableformovingsoundsourceidentificationthrougharraypartitioning,conditionfilteringinthepolarcoordinatesandsimulationevaluation.Finally,numericalsimulationandmovingcarsoundsourceidentificationtesthavebeendone.Theanalyticalresultsshowthatusingthismethodtogeneraterandomarrayiseffective.Comparedwiththetraditionalregulararrays,thetargetrandomarrayhasmoreaccuratemovingsoundsourceidentificationperformance.
简介:AchargedspacecraftissubjecttotheLorentzforcewhenitorbitsacentralbodywithamagneticfield.TheinducedLorentzforceprovidesanewmeanofpropellantlesselectromagneticpropulsionfororbitalcontrol.ModelingtheEarthmagneticfieldasatilteddipolethatco-rotateswiththeEarth,thispaperdevelopsanonlineardynamicalmodelthatdescribestherelativemotionoftheLorentzspacecraftaboutanarbitraryreferenceorbit.Basedontheproposeddynamicalmodel,feasibilityofLorentz-propelledrendezvouswithnorestrictionsontheinitialstatesisinvestigated.Therendezvousproblemisthenformulatedasanoptimalcontrolproblem,andsolvedwiththeGausspseudospectralmethod(GPM).Numericalsimulationssubstantiatethevalidityofproposedmodelandmethod,andresultsshowthatthepropellantlessrendezvousisachievedatbothfixedandfreefinaltime.
简介:Ultrasoundsimulationforcarotidarteriesishelpfultotheperformanceassessmentsofvesselwalldetectionandsignalprocessingmethodsbyusingultrasoundtechniques.Anultrasoundsimulationmethodofcarotidarterywallwithathree-membranestructureisproposedinpresentstudy.Accordingtotheultrasoundspeckledistributionsvaryingwiththeshapesanddensitiesofscattererdistributions,aswellasthestatisticresultsoftheclinicalimages,theparametersofdistributions,densitiesandintensitiesofscatterersfordifferentkindsoftissuesinthecarotidarteryphantomsaredetermined.EachregionisacousticallycharacterizedusingFIELDIIsoftwaretoproducetheradiofrequencyechosignals,fromwhichultrasoundimagesarederived.Theresultsbasedon30simulationsshowthattheechodistributionsoftheintimae,mediae,adventitiasandbloodareconsistentwiththeclinicalones.Moreover,comparedwiththeresultsfromthecentralfrequencyof8MHz,themeanmeasurementsforthicknessesoftheintima,mediaandadventitiamembranes,aswellasthelumendiameterfromthesimulationimagesbasedon12MHzarethesameasthepresetones,andthemaximumrelativeerrorsarethe4.01%,1.25%,0.04%and0.15%,respectively.Thesimulationunderthisconditionismorerealistic.

简介:Theshiphullsurfaceoptimizationbasedonthewaveresistanceisanimportantissueintheshipengineeringindustry.Thewaveletmethodmayprovideaconvenienttoolforthesurfacehulloptimization.Asapreliminarystudy,weusethewaveletmethodtooptimizethehullsurfacebasedontheMichelwaveresistanceforaWigleymodelinthispaper.Firstly,weexpressthemodel’ssurfacebythewaveletdecompositionexpressionsandobtainareconstructedsurfaceandthenvalidateitsaccuracy.Secondly,werewritetheMichelwaveresistanceformulainthewaveletbases,resultinginasimpleformulacontainingonlytheshiphullsurface’swaveletcoefficients.Thirdly,wetakethesewaveletcoefficientsasoptimizationvariables,andanalyzethemainwaveresistancedistributionintermsofscalesandlocations,toreducethenumberofoptimizationvariables.Finally,weobtaintheoptimalhullsurfaceoftheWigleymodelthroughgeneticalgorithms,reducingthewaveresistancealmostbyahalf.Itisshownthatthewaveletmethodmayprovideanewapproachforthehulloptimization.
