简介:Differentrareearth(RE)ionsdopantswereaddedintotheSrAl2SiO7:Eu2+phosphorsinordertoenhancethephosphorescenceproperties,andtheeffectoftheREionsincludingYb3+,Ce3+,Nd3+,Dy3+andTm3+,wascomparativelyinvestigated.ItwasfoundthatNd3+additionimprovedthephosphorescencepropertiesobviouslyamongallthestudiedREions.Therefore,Sr1.96–xAl2SiO7:xEu2+,yNd3+phosphorswerestudiedindetail,andtheoptimumEu2+andNd3+concentrationsweredeterminedwiththeafterglowtimeofabout20min.Thephasestructures,photoluminescence(PL)properties,long-lastingphosphorescence(LLP)properties,afterglowdecaycurvesandthermo-luminescence(TL)fortheselectedphosphorsduringthecorrespondingstudywereinvestigated.AllthephosphorsexhibitedgreenPLemissionandLLPemission.ThereweretwoTLbandslocatedatabout325and380Kforthestudiedsamples,andtherelationshipbetweenREadditionandphosphorescencepropertieswasdiscussed.
简介:目的了解天水市秦州区3~7岁儿童代谢综合征的患病情况,对秦州区3~7岁儿童代谢综合征的发病情况进行调查。方法对12686名儿童采用整群随机抽样的方法,随机抽取年龄3~7岁儿童,通过测量身高和体重,计算体重指数(BMI),根据BMI筛检超重、偏胖及肥胖儿童,进行血压、血脂分析、HDL-C及血糖测定。本研究中各项指标检出率的比较采用χ2检验。结果1天水市秦州区3~7岁儿童肥胖总检出率为0.50%、代谢综合征总患病率为0.10%,其中代谢综合征男8例(0.62%)、女5例(0.38%),男女比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=3.61,P〉0.05)。2城市儿童超重患病率是附近农村儿童的2.2倍、偏胖为2.5倍、肥胖是4.5倍,代谢综合征城市9例、农村4例,城市是农村的2.37倍。3肥胖及代谢综合征的发病年龄以5~7岁较多。4影响天水市3~7岁儿童代谢综合征的危险因素有家族遗传史(糖尿病家族史、高血压家族史等)、父母文化水平、膳食喜油炸及高能量饮食、运动时间少等。结论天水市秦州区3~7岁儿童代谢综合征发病率低于国内外儿童,无性别差异,城市儿童多于附近农村儿童,发病年龄以5~7岁较多。其中父母文化水平、体重指数、高脂饮食、运动习惯、高血压及糖尿病的遗传背景等是3~7岁儿童代谢综合征最重要相关因素。
简介:摘要目的探讨IL-6,8,10,sTNF-1r,CRP在急性胰腺炎中的变化及其对全身并发症的预测价值。方法150例确诊为急性胰腺炎的患者,病情严重程度根据亚特兰大标准评估,入组后第一天进行血清中IL-6,8,10及sTNF-1r的检测,入组后第一天及48小时后检测CRP水平。并对以上数据进行统计学处理,建立ROC曲线,确立预测发生全身并发症的最佳阈值,并评价其预测的准确性。结果急性胰腺炎患者的血清IL-6,8,10,CRP及sTNF-1r水平与健康对照组相比具有显著差异,急性胰腺炎并发全身并发症的患者其IL-6,8,10,48h的CRP及sTNF-1r水平与无全身并发症的急性胰腺炎患者相比具有显著差异,sTNF-1r及48h后的CRP水平对于急性胰腺炎发生全身并发症具有良好的预测价值。结论急性胰腺炎发病当天的sTNF-1r及48h后的CRP水平是重症胰腺炎及全身并发症的重要预测因子。
简介:建立鸡肉中糖皮质激素多残留的液相色谱-串联质谱分析方法。样品经乙酸乙酯提取,正己烷净化,10%乙腈水定容后供高效液相色谱-串联质谱仪(LC-MS/MS)分析,采用C18色谱柱分离,电喷雾离子化负离子方式(ESI-)及多反应监测模式(MRM)进行测定,外标法定量。研究了仪器条件、提取溶剂、净化溶剂等条件对七种目标物分离状况的影响。在优化条件下,该方法在鸡肉样品中泼尼松的的线性范围为0.5-20μg/L,泼尼松龙、甲基泼尼松、地塞米松、氢化可的松、倍氯米松、氢化可的松乙酸盐的浓度范围为0.1-20μg/L,在加标水平1.0-10μg/kg范围内,回收率为83%-104.2%;相对标准偏差为0.92%-4.89%。
简介:AIM:ToinvestigatetheroleoftheoverexpressionofB7-H3inapoptosisincolorectalcancercelllinesandtheunderlyingmolecularmechanisms.METHODS:SW620cellsthathighlyoverexpressedB7-H3(SW620-B7-H3-EGFP)andHCT8cellsstablytransfectedwithB7-H3shRNA(HCT8-shB7-H3)werepreviouslyconstructedinourlaboratory.CellstransfectedwithpIRES2-EGFPwereusedasnegativecontrols(SW620-NCandHCT8-NC).Real-timePCRandwesternblottinganalysiswereusedtodetectthemRNAandproteinexpressionsoftheapoptosisregulatorproteinsBcl-2,Bcl-xlandBax.Acellproliferationassaywasusedtoevaluatethesurvivalrateanddrugsensitivityofthecells.Theeffectofdrugresistancewasdetectedbyacellcycleassay.Activecaspase-3westernblottingwasusedtoreflecttheanti-apoptoticabilityofcells.WesternblottingwasalsoperformedtodeterminetheexpressionofproteinsassociatedwiththeJak2-STAT3signalingpathwayandtheapoptosisregulatorproteinsafterthetreatmentwithAG490,aJak2specificinhibitor,inB7-H3overexpressingcells.ThedatawereanalyzedbyGraphPadPrism6usinganon-pairedt-test.RESULTS:WhetherbyoverexpressioninSW620cellsordownregulationinHCT8,B7-H3significantlyaffectedtheexpressionofanti-andpro-apoptoticproteins,atboththetranscriptionalandtranslationallevels,comparedwiththenegativecontrol(P<0.05).AcellproliferationassayrevealedthatB7-H3overexpressionincreasedthedrugresistanceofcellsandresultedinahighersurvivalrate(P<0.05).Inaddition,theresultsofcellcycleandactivecaspase-3westernblottingprovedthatB7-H3overexpressioninhibitedapoptosisincolorectalcancercelllines(P<0.05).B7-H3overexpressionimprovedJak2andSTAT3phosphorylationand,inturn,increasedtheexpressionofthedownstreamanti-apoptoticproteinsB-cellCLL/lymphoma2(Bcl-2)andBcl-xl,basedonwesternblotting(P<0.05).AftertreatingB7-H3overexpressingcellswiththeJak2-specificinhibitorAG490,thephosphorylationofJak2andSTAT3,andtheexp
简介:Thenatureofresistivetransitionofhigh-qualitycrystallinethinfilmsofYBa2Cu3O7-δhasbeenstudiedundermagneticfields(H)appliedalongthecdirectionoverawiderangeofdopedholes,p,intheCuO2planes.Thefield-andtemperature-dependentin-planeresistivity,ρab(T,H),hasbeenanalyzedwithinthethermallyassistedflux-flow(TAFF)formalism.Thefluxactivationenergy,U(T,H),hasbeenextractedfromthisanalysis.Thelow-Tpartoftheρab(T,H)datacanbedescribedbyanactivationenergyhavingthefunctionalformofU(T,H)=(1-t)m(H-0/H)β,wheret=T/Tc(reducedtemperature),andH0isafieldscalethatprimarilydeterminesthemagnitudeofU(T,H).Thetemperatureexponent,m,showsasystematicvariationwithp,whereasthefieldexponent,β,isinsensitivetothepvaluesandisclosetounity.TheH0,ontheotherhand,changesrapidlyaspisvaried.U(T,H)islinkedtothepinningpotentialandconsequentlyonthesuperconductingcondensationenergy.Sincethenormalstatepseudogapdirectlyaffectssuperconductingcondensationenergy,aclearcorrespondencebetweenH0andthePGenergyscale,εg,isfound.Possibleimplicationsoftheseresultsarediscussed.
简介:摘要目的研究金银花水提取物对TNF-α刺激小鼠肾小球系膜细胞SV40MES13培养上清液IL-1、MCP-1表达的影响,以探讨金银花治疗慢性肾病的有效机制。方法MTT筛选金银花对体外培养SV40MES13的有效浓度,将体外培养SV40MES13分为5组对照组正常培养SV40MES13不加任何药物刺激;刺激组TNF-α(终浓度10ng/ml);金银花组TNF-α(终浓度10ng/ml)+不同浓度金银花(终浓度分别为2mg/ml、1mg/ml、0.5mg/ml)。MTT检测各组对SV40MES13生长的影响,ELISA检测各组细胞培养上清液中IL-1、MCP-1的含量。结果与对照组相比,刺激组SV40MES13明显增值,细胞培养上清液中IL-1、MCP-1的表达水平显著升高。金银花各组能抑制SV40MES13的增值及培养上清液中IL-1、MCP-1的表达,并且呈浓度依赖性。结论金银花可能通过对炎症反应相关因子的影响,从而达到延缓肾脏病理进程,发挥对慢性肾脏病的治疗作用。
简介:摘要目的探究缬沙坦联合氟伐他汀对原发性高血压患者血浆超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白介素-6(IL-6)、基质金属蛋白酶-3(MMP-3)的影响。方法80原发性高血压患者被随机分成两组,每组40例在原发性高血压常规治疗基础上,缬沙坦对照组给予缬沙坦80mg1次/d口服,联合用药组在缬沙坦对照组的基础上加用氟伐他汀40mg1次/d口服,疗程8周。观察治疗前后血压、IL-6、MMP-3、hs-CRP变化。结果与治疗前比较,两组治疗后血压均降低,两组间比较无统计学意义(P均>0.05);结论缬沙坦联合氟伐他汀可降低原发性高血压患者血浆hs-CRP、IL-6水平、升高MMP-3水平,原发性高血压具有良好协同降压和调脂作用,安全性较佳,保护和改善血管内皮细胞功能,抑制炎症反应密切相关。
