简介:目的评价抗苍白螺旋体IgM抗体检测对梅毒的临床意义。方法用酶联免疫吸附测定法对72例梅毒患者进行特异性IgM抗体检测,并与RPR、TPPA结果进行比较分析。结果血清抗苍白螺旋体IgM抗体在一期梅毒的阳性率为73.3%(11/15),在二期梅毒的阳性率为88.9%(16/18),二者比较无显著性差异(x~2=1.6363,P>0.10)。在潜伏梅毒,IgM抗体阳性率为26.1%(6/23),显著低于早期显性梅毒(x~2=17.6189,P<0.005)。在一期、二期和潜伏梅毒,RPR和TPPA的阳性率均为100%。入组前2-24个月己经给予正规抗梅治疗的梅毒16例,其中IgM抗体阳性2例。结论在本研究中,检测特异性IgM抗体诊断一期梅毒并下优于RPR和TPPA。IgM抗体在潜伏梅毒敏感性低,其诊断应依靠RPR和TPPA。目前不推荐单独检测抗梅毒IgM抗体来监测病情和判断疗效。抗苍白螺旋体IgM抗体的临床意义有待更深入的研究。
简介:巴西天疱疮(FS),一种地方性落叶型天疱疮(PF),是以抗桥粒核心糖蛋白-1自身抗体阳性为特点的自身免疫性大疱性疾病,之前该病主要集中在巴西MatoGrossodoSul的LimaoVerde地区,,在FS患者的血清中亦可检测出抗桥粒核心糖蛋白-3(Dsg3)抗体,为进一步确定该病的血清学、地域分布、临床流行病学特点,作者试图应用ELLSA法检测生活在该地区及非本地人的正常个体的血清中抗Dsg3自身抗体。146例来自Li-maoVerde的正常人中有53例(占36%)检测到抗Dsg3自身抗体,而来自周边地区的140例正常人中只有8例(占6%),检测出的阳性率比例与该高发区域的距离呈现显著性的相关趋势。(P<0.001)。作者的血清流行病学调查支持FS发病中触发了抗体反应的环境因素很可能就位于该地,也同意来自Brasilia合作研究者所报道的观点,即可能发展为FS的危险人群也可能有发展成地方性寻常性天疱疮的危险。巴西地方性天疱疮患者抗桥粒核心糖蛋白-3抗体检测@Hilario-VargasJ.@DasherD.A.@L.A.Diaz$DepartmentofDermatolo...
简介:目的探讨细胞因子IL-2和IL-10在早期梅毒发病中的作用。方法采用ABC-ELISA技术检测48例早期梅毒患者血清IL-2和IL-10水平。结果(1)早期梅毒患者血清IL-2水平明显高于正常对照组,IL-10水平明显低于正常对照组(P值均<0.001)。(2)一期梅毒患者血清IL-2和IL-10水平与二期梅毒无明显差异(P值均>0.05),不同RPR滴度间IL-2和IL-10水平无明显差异(P值均>0.05)。(3)治疗后IL-2水平明显下降(P<0.05),IL-10水平上升不明显(P>0.05)。(4)IL-2和IL-10之间呈正相关(r=0.5385,P<0.05)。结论早期梅毒出现Thl上调,在抵御TP感染过程中发挥积极作用。
简介:Objective:TounderstandthechangeofTh1/Th2andTc1/Tc2balanceinpatientswithsecondaryearlysyphilis.Methods:PeripheralbloodThandTccellsubpopulationswereexaminedbythree-colorflowcytometryin30patientswithsecondaryearlysyphilisand20healthysubjects.Results:PercentagesofCD3^+,CD4^+TcellsandtheratioofCD4^+/CD8^+andNKcellsinsyphiliticpatientsweresignificantlylowerthaninthecontrolgroup(P<0.001),butnostatisticaldifferencewasfoundinpercentagesofCD8^+andCD19^+cellsbetweenthetwogroups(P>0.05).ThepercentageofTh1cellsandratiosofThl/Th2andTcl/Tc2insyphiliticpatientswereclearlydecreasedascomparedtothoseincontrois(P<0.001-0.01),whereaspercentagesofTc0andTc2cellsinsyphiliticswashigherthanthoseincontrols(P<0.001).Conclusion:Therecouldbeadisturbanceofcellularimmunityandtherelativelyintactfunctionofhumoralimmunityinsecondarysyphilis.ItispostulatedthatthepolarizationtowarddevelopmentofTh2andTc2cellsandtheirassociatedcytokinesmightbeinvolvedintheincompleteclearanceoftreponemesandthedevelopmentofchronicinfection.
