  • 简介:摘要:目的 了解我院 ICU科患者血源性感染病原菌的种类及耐药性,为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供参考。方法采用法国生物梅里埃的全自动血培养仪( BacT/ALERT 3D)和全自动微生物分析鉴定仪( VITEK2 Compact),对我院 2015年 1月至 2017年 12月在 ICU科住院患者的血培养标本,对病原菌构成及药物敏感性进行分析。结果 共分离出病原菌 1088株,其中革兰阴性杆菌 470株,占 43.2%;革兰阳性球菌 428株,占 39.3%;真菌 190株,占 17.5%。凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌中 MRCNS的检出率为 93.45%;金黄色葡萄球菌中 MRSA的检出率为 67.72%。大肠埃希菌和肺炎克雷伯菌 ESBL的检出率分别为 68.01%和 72.00%。鲍曼不动杆菌对第三代头孢、碳青霉烯类的耐药率超过 70%。结论 我院 ICU科患者开展血培养病原菌分布及其耐药性监测,有助于临床医生合理使用抗生素。

  • 简介:  【摘 要】 目的:观察快速血清学检验和微生物快速培养检测在小儿肺炎支原体感染中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析 155例肺炎支原体感染患儿的临床资料。所有患儿入院后治疗前行快速血清学检验和微生物快速培养检测,观察两种检测方法对小儿肺炎支原体感染的诊断价值。结果:所有患儿均为肺炎支原体感染,微生物快速培养方法检测阳性率显著高于快速血清学检验,组间比差异具统计学意义( P<0.05)。微生物快速培养方法检测对于不同年龄段患儿阳性检出率均高于快速血清学检验方法,组间比差异具统计学意义( P<0.05)。微生物快速培养方法检测对于不同病程患儿阳性检出率均高于快速血清学检验方法,组间比差异具统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论:肺炎支原体感染患儿临床应用快速血清学检验和微生物快速培养检测,两种检测方法对于肺炎支原体感染检测具一定的诊断价值,微生物快速培养检测方法检测阳性率更高,临床应用前景广泛。    【关键词】 快速血清学检验 ;微生物快速检验 ;小儿肺炎支原体感染 ;诊断价值   [Abstract] Objective: To observe the application value of rapid serological test and rapid microbial culture test in Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children. Methods: the clinical data of 155 children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection were analyzed retrospectively. Rapid serological test and rapid microbial culture test were performed before treatment in all children after admission. Results: all the children were infected with Mycoplasma pneumoniae. The positive rate of rapid culture method was significantly higher than that of rapid serological test (P < 0.05). The positive rate of rapid culture method was higher than that of rapid serology method in different age groups (P < 0.05). The positive rate of rapid culture method was higher than that of rapid serology method in children with different course of disease (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection children clinical application of rapid serological test and rapid microbial culture test, two detection methods for Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection detection has a certain diagnostic value, rapid microbial culture test positive rate is higher, clinical application prospects are wide.
